The photos are extremely deceiving
Our initial room was dirty and had a condom on the windowsill. They gave us a better room but still the condition of the hotel does not look anything like the photos.

In general, the property appears to be in better shape than the rooms. The room in which I stayed had some a nice television, toilet, sink area and show. The over-sized tube was difficult to access. The lighting was not laid out well in the room. The linens for the bed looked overly used and gray (originally white). There was one window in the room. It was positioned in the corner of the bathroom with no view; as was advertised on Expedia. That was a very big disappointment to me. The cushion of the sitting area covered with a fabric which felt cheap.

A nice posh interior different from your standard hotel decor. Room is a bit dark even with the lights on but I guess that is on purpose to create a certain mood. Wish there was a proper window with natural light coming in so if you're claustrophobic then it might be a good idea to look elsewhere.

We LOVE this hotel!
We were very pleased with everything this hotel offered. It was clean, modern and more importantly near our family. It was located near the city but at the same time far enough away from the city to enjoy the non-touristy areas of Seoul. Transportation was near along with plenty of places to eat around the clock. A grocery store that is open 24/7 is conveniently located nextdoor. We were impressed with how energy efficient the rooms were. With that being said, we would suggest adding a card to place on the bed letting the housekeepers know not to replace the sheets; this would help in saving water use. This card method can also be applied with the towels. If they are hanging, don’t replace, if on the floor, replace.

bed was bit hard but everything was clean and neat. happy with the stay. I don't think staffs are good at speaking english much enough to communicate. we had a broken light bulb and they fixed it straight away. it's not in the city centre but 10-15mins from the gangnam area and 5 mins to kondae area. if you want to go to hongdae&sinchon it'll be bit too far. there is a 24hrs supermarket right next door and heaps of convenience stores around.

Romantic Stay
Overall GREAT hotel if you go with one of the suits. Bed was king size, deep/big tub in bathroom (im 6'2 or 74in). The area didnt seem to be good for visitors due to everything looking like residential homes. This is not the place to stay if you want to party/club/drink all night. However, romantic get away.... YES!

청결도가 매우 최악입니다 바퀴벌레 3마리나 기어다녀요
건대점에서 연박으로 호텔에 지내게 되었는데 밤에 화장실에서 바퀴벌레가 3마리나 기어다니고 곳곳에 물곰팡이가 있어서 청결도가 떨어져요. 룸클린을 부탁했는데 먹지도 않은 커피 종이컵이 테이블위에올려져있고 수건만 더 달라했더니 룸클린을 해야한다고 해서 같이 했는데.. 먹던 커피의 종이컵이 있어서 청결도는 최악이였습니다 방음은 되지 않아서 복도에서 들리는 소리가 다 들렸고 기본 스텐다드 룸이였는데 엄청 작아요 밑에 레스토랑은 빨리 영업을 종료해서 밥을 먹은적 없고요 바퀴벌레 기어다니는것 보고 룸서비스는 시켜먹을수가 없었어요 주방의 청결도도 최악일꺼라 생각했습니다 지하철이 가까워서 다니기는 편했고 직원에게 따로 요청사항은 없었으므로 직원의 친절도는 나쁘지 않았어요. 호텔은 아니고 모텔 리모델링한 수준이고 새벽에는 난방기기를 끄는지는 모르겠으나 새벽에는 추웠어요. 다음에 다시 숙박예약 하고 싶지는 않아요.

良かった点 スタッフはとても優しく、フレンドリーで感じが良かった。 悪かった点 ベッドの隙間に前客の使用済みコンドームが放置されたままでした。本当に気分は最悪です。

バスタオルが一枚しか置いてなかった。 エアコンの温度設定が部屋でできないためとても暑かった。バスルームにカビが生えていた。ゴミが床に落ちていた。 空気清浄機もなく、窓もほぼ空かなく、空気の入れ替えもできない。

フロントの女性にとてもお世話になりました。 韓国語がわからなくて困っていたら代わりに連絡してくださり助かりました。 ありがとうございました。 部屋の作りは素敵でしたが、設備の使い方がわからず困りました。 クーラー、TVはTVのリモコンで操作しました。 ホテルの場所はとても便利でした。 また機会があったら利用します

지방에 사는 친구가 서울에 올라와서 같이 하루 보내려고 숙박했는데, 호캉스 운운하던 블로그 리뷰와는 달리 러브호텔 분위기여서 좀 당황했어요. 특히 방에 비해 창문도 너무 작아 답답하고 전체적으로 별로였어요.

エアコンが最強に暑く、35℃をキープ。フロントに下げる方法はないか聞くと、はい、下げますねと言われたまま、全く下がらなかったです。 逆に極寒の韓国でエアコンをつけて20℃代をキープしてました。 お陰で体調が悪くなりました

막판에 심하게 상처입은 것빼고 만족합니다.
1. 장점 1) 직원 대응이 매우 신속함 2) 기존 한국 모텔의 음침함과 비싼 가격을 모두 고려하여 호텔 가격 및 분위기 설계를 잘한 듯함, 이 부분 특히 만족 3) 숙소 청결하고 TV 채널이 많아서 만족함 4) 군자역 역세권이고 바로 옆에 마트 있어서 좋음 5) 마찬가지로 근처에 식당이 많은것도 장점임 2. 단점 1) 호텔 디자이너스 건대 지점이 2군데입니다. 저는 다른 데 갔다가 택시비 더 내고 겨우 체크인합니다. 2) 가장 문제점으로 지적할 부분입니다. 침대 모서리부 개선이 시급합니다. 정말 만족하고 투숙한다 했는데 퇴실 2시간 전에 짐 정리하다 침대 모서리에 제 다리가 깊게 파여서 피나고 난리났습니다... 모서리가 날카롭지 않은 침대를 두시거나 아니면 각마다 쿠션 같은 걸 붙여주셔야 할 것 같습니다.

우수한 정도는 아니지만 하루 묵기 괜찮은 숙소
원래 묵기로 했던 숙소에 문제가 생겨 밤 10시 넘어서 건대앞 길바닥에서 급하게 예약하고 간다고 후기 같은거 볼 겨를도 없었는데 괜찮았습니다. 연식이 좀 되어 그런지 살짝 낡은부분이 보였으나 그렇다고 지저분하거나 더러운게 아니라서 큰 불편함 없었습니다. 싱글침대 시트에 얼룩 살짝 있었는데 더블침대는 깨끗했습니다. 더블에서 같이 자서 상관은 없었습니다. 에어컨도 옛날모델 같이 보였는데 기능에는 문제가 없어 아주 시원했습니다.
