1. Smoking smell all around 2. Homeless people around 3. No elevator though the rooms are on the 3rd and 4th. 4. Cracked walls (even the staff says this is not a hotel and he won't recommend his friends not to stay here.) 5. Bathroom is horrible.

This was worst stay in Seoul. No elevator to place. Service staff left and self check in was very confusing. I do not recommend this place

Not a comfortable stay
The location is great, however it’s very noisey. Wifi didn’t work, TV worked intermittently and I had stained sheets. The staircase smelled of cigarettes. Overall I didn’t enjoy my stay.

It's a three minute walk fromSeoul Station, the problem is that it has no elevator and is in the third floor.

There’s no elevator so plan accordingly if you’re bringing many luggage’s. Area close to Seoul station for traveling! Staff is nice and attentive!

Decent stay
The hotel is conveniently located near Seoul station (Exit 13 and 14). Room was clean and provided the basic necessities. The slightly down side for me were that there was no chair in the room (understandably due to the small space) and the blinds were not effective at all, hence the light enters the room and it was bright around 6-7am, so it is very harsh for light sleepers.

Location is central, but a little questionable... Homeless shelter located in connecting building. Amenities are standard, and the bathroom smelled like mold. There is no elevator (my room was on the 4th floor)... But the girl at front was very nice and helped me carry my luggage up the stairs.

Warning, no elevator
No elevator and it's a 3rd floor location. Described as having elevator in hotels.com. Very basic room, no kettle or cups. There is a small dining area if you want to get hot or cold water or eat something. Room does get street noise and gets damp if windows stay close. Staff is helpful though, carried my bag down the 3 flights.

Convenient location but no elevator
Great location with quick access to Seoul Station's subway and train lines. Exits 13 and 14 of Seoul Station are right next to the hotel. Note though that if you have heavy luggage or have difficulty going up stairs, there is no elevator to the hotel on the 3rd floor of the building. Rooms are small by western standards and the shower is standing only (no tub or curtain and drain goes right to the bathroom floor). Good value for the price and location though.

Awesome stay!
Very clean and nice hotel. Location within 1 minute of Seoul Station line 4. Easy to take a taxi. Room is sufficiently large for a family of 3 with few luggages and stroller. Most importantly, the staff is really nice and super helpful to carry out luggages up down the staircase. Will definitely stay here again in the future trip.

Great location only Few minutes of walk from the Seoul Train Station, Easy check- in and check-out, It was only one night stay after long hours of flight before heading to Gwangju on a KTX. Great Price. Very Friendly service.

There is a baggage area in the hallway with CCTV on it for leaving luggage before and after check out which we found handy. Theft does not seem common in Korea and we had no issues leaving our bags there.

Good location, comfy beds, would recommend
Location is great if you’re looking to stay by the Seoul station. It’s a 5 minute walk to Seoul station, otherwise, there are subway entrances right outside the door. Outside on the sidewalk and up the staircase is a bit dirty, but once you enter into the premises the place is clean and well maintained. If your window is facing the street and you open it, you’re bound to have the smell of cigarette smoke come into your room every once in a while. The beds are pretty comfortable. They’re much better than others I slept on. Breakfast is also nice (options are bread, eggs, cereal, juice, and coffee) but sometimes it can get crowded in the morning so just be patient.

You definitely get what you pay for. Don't expect to have lots of room service or whatsoever but front desk staff are very accommodating with your needs. Enough space and clean. Best location ever! It is very close to the Seoul station and accessible to everything. Loved our stay. Jun, you were right! Hongdae is way better than Myeongdong! It is lots of fun! Also, our theory was right that the street foods in Myeongdong only comes out in the weekend. Thanks for our late night chats my friend and I enjoyed your company. Sean, thanks for helping us find things places and recommending great locations. Garuso Gil in Gangnam gave us the european vibe and Seoullo was pretty cool its like a garden on a bridge in the middle of the city. If you guys our around Calgary to visit give us a shout. We'll gladly help you guys around!

It doesn't look like much as you come up the stairs (no elevator), but once inside it's very nice. The rooms were small but had everything we needed, and having a basic breakfast provided was very useful.

More than a Hostel....not quite a full Hotel
The hotel was pretty basic and the area it was located in was not the best (lots of homeless), but was only a few minutes walk to the main train station, and there was a subway entrance right out front. Staff were fantastic and helpful, great WiFi connection and the bed was really comfortable.

Location close to Seoul station. Staff we’re very helpful and friendly. Surrounding area a bit sketchy. No elevators so expect to carry your luggage 3 floors up. Wish the reception area would open a bit earlier than 8 so the flights that arrive at 5 am an Incheon can leave their luggage at the desk.

Very good location, but forget the "breakfast included" part because you will have to dispute mugs, plates and knives with youngsters and usually you will have to wait until they wash them and hand them over to you. Not enough available. It is basically bread, eggs, coffee and juice every day. The rooms are okay.

1. stairs case entrance looks old and dark on the floor. It make me feel uncomfortable on the 1st day when i arrived the hotel. Very bad location because surrounded by the drunk and homeless people. 2. kitchen & lounge arrangement is messy with printer and monitor put on the bar table. This things is occupied the bar table and during the morning there is not enough table for the guests to get their the seats for the breakfast. 3. Transparent Window blinds in the room make me cannot continue to sleep when the sunlight is coming in at the morning 6 am. Noisy because near to the main road and it is 3rd floors.

The customer service who attended to us can speak simple english. The location was ideal for transit passengers via Seoul station. However the street next to the hotel window is constantly filled with siren or speeding car noise.

Great price and close to Seoul Station
We needed to stay near the train station for one night to catch an early train to Busan and K-Grand Hotel had a great price and is within walking distance to the train station. Very friendly service and clean, basic rooms. One small note, the hotel is located in the 3rd and 4th floors of a building with no elevator, we had no trouble with this but it might depend on the number and weight of your bags.
