A fantastic stay in such a gorgeous hotel. The location is perfect for those who are able to walk 10 minutes to the nearest metro but also appreciate being a little bit further from the noise and excitement of Itaewon main street. The service from the reception and staff at the front of the hotel was excellent. The standard of the housekeeping and cleaning was also impressive. The facilities, although we didn’t use them to our advantage, are very impressive and clean. The rooms were much more spacious than anticipated, especially after reading reviews for this hotel and others similar in the area. We had such a fantastic stay here and would not hesitate to book again on return.

Not walkable distance to subway station, but buses to the prominent places like Myeongdong, Gangnam, Gyeongbukgong areas are available. Dental kit needs to pay, service wasn’t up to 5 star. Bedside socket wasnt working, they insist it was, at least they provided me their chargers insisting it was my charger that wasnt compatible. Housekeeping standards differ each time a different attendant cleans the room. Bellman not attentive to assist but at least helped to load bags upon arrival of taxi.

The hotel is way over designed when they should have focused on things like sound proofing. Walls are so thin being woken up by neighbouring guests having sex then blaring music from their hotel room is not my idea of a leisurely Sunday morning. The idea of breakfast finishing at 10am and then being able to sit til 10.30am is absurd. The amount of people feverishly grabbing food is so wasteful. Extend the breakfast service and reduce the waste. The hotel room was 25 degrees and we could not adjust it, whilst zero outside, it was so uncomfortably hot it was impossible to sleep properly, The building site next door started at 7am on Friday morning, again not idea when on holidays. Would not recommend. The concierge were really helpful and lovely, reception however didn’t seem to care about the noise issues.

Nice hotel, pretty good facilities. Some scuff here and there in the room and questionable placement of the shower which makes it slightly annoying to opens as it spills water outside bit nothing too annoying. Another small minus point is that it’s not possible to adjust the room temperature which was pretty high during the stay. Staff were amazing and very friendly from the first step in the hotel toast day of the stay. Food was really nice to and plenty of choices.

The smell of our first room was so bad it smelt like no one cleaned it. I immediately wanted to cancel our booking but it was so late I was unable to get a response until they were able to switched rooms. Also the location is really inconvenient to come in and out of the city.

The hotel, staff, and service was great. The room's overall cleanliness was good, except for coffee cups and glasses. Three out of four cups were dirty. They had orange rings and pulps around it. Asked to be replaced and the cups were replaced promptly. Overall good stay, just need to watch out for cups.

This was a great hotel. American friendly, Black people friendly (they were nice to me at least). The doormen were extremely helpful. There are stores in the lower level for shopping. There is a restaurant in the hotel that serves a traditional Korean breakfast and it’s amazing. The spa is small but very relaxing. It’s an excellent place to stay.

The elevators were incredibly slow, wouldn’t stop on 2nd floor where concierge and main desk were. Outdoor pool cost $60 to use, and sauna was a premium as well. The hotel was otherwise immaculate and smelled amazing.

Great hotel, great room. Be prepared to walk up a hill to get to Itaewon public transit or most restaurants, but for us, it was worth it. Hotel staff were also very helpful, and the bed was amazing, big, and remarkably soft to fall into.

Many reviewers complained about the AC, but was working fine in room. The staff were excellent, location and amenities all great. Impressive decor and a sense they’ve created a unique experience. We went mid week and was nice and calm. It far exceeded my expectations. Really impressive.

Stunning Hotel
They hotel is amazing, the Flower Decor from the ground floor to the rooms being amazingly clean, Checking in was quick and simple, the Receptionist was extremely helpful. The room was all i needed, complementary water, Nespresso and teas. Downstairs the Cocktail bar has some tasty cakes, and great selection on Cocktails, The Breakfast was very nice and a nice selection to order from. Laundry was great price and quick. The prices are not bad at all for such a stunning hotel.

Nice refurb but could do with a few detailed touch
The hotel appears newly renovated, and has several restaurants and businesses on its grounds which makes for a convenient destination. The rooms were a very good size, but the air conditioning could be improved. The temperature was fixed and it was very warm, which the receptionists admitted to a problem with the centrally controlled heating. Rooms could be cleaner, especially around corners.

Unfortunately I will not stay here again. Stayed for four nights in March 2023. The area is quite inconvenient without relying on a car or taxis. The shops and restaurants around the area will close around 8PM, leaving you with very few choices in the evening. The most disappointing thing about our stay was the room. The temperature was consistently at 27-29C and the only solution the hotel provided was to ask us to open the windows. While this would suffice if the windows provided enough air circulation, unfortunately this did very little to improve the situation. Even as the outdoors temperature was 5C, the room was still 27-28C. It was so hot that even the fridge would only be able to keep items inside to a lukewarm temperature. The bathroom was also poorly designed and not practical unless you don't mind your roommate(s) seeing you dress/ undress. The shower floor was flat and all the water drained very slowly, leaving you to stand in the previous person's dirty water.

The hotel is fine in the hip boutique segment they are trying to fill. The rooms are nice albeit very small and the lobby is playing generic pulsing music at all times. The main issue was the staff. The ac was not working in the entire hotel with no plans to get it working during our 6 day stay. While this can happen it was their attitude about it that was disappointing. Rather than apologize or offer a drink or breakfast they dismissively told us to open the windows
