대체로 만족. 아쉬운 점 몇가지

침대 옆 탁자에 지저분한 것이 있었습니다. 꼼꼼하게 청소해주셨음합니다. 사우나 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 다만 동네 아주머니같은 분들 여럿이 큰 소리로 쉬지않고 이야기를 해서 매우 시끄러웠습니다.

가족 여행으로 적당함

본 숙소는 가족 친화적인 시설을 갖추고 있음. 인근 홈플러스가 있고, 먹자 골목도 있어서 가족 여행으로 추천드림. 다만, 시설 리모델링이 필요하다고 판단되어 해당 조건을 우선 순위로 둔다면 강남 등으로 갈 필요가 있음

가격에 맞는 숙소

청소를 요청했음에도 바닥 카펫 청소 상태가 너무 엉망이였습니다. 휴지통 옆 쓰레기도 비워지지 않았고요. 청소상태를 제외하면 가격에 맞는 수준이였습니다

No Gold Exclusives, nothing, need this removed

It is clearly advertised here as a VIP Property. It says it right here in black and gold that Gold Status hotels.com members should get a free upgraded room if available. Asked them if there were any more expensive rooms available and they said yeah ok 66k KRW, showed them my booking stating that they needed to give me the upgrade and they refused. Called hotels.com twice taking up an hour of my time. nothing LOL not even a stinking as stated free non alcoholic beverage.. It said a free drink per person so I would usually assume drink as in drink but yeah nothing. Worst thing was that at 10:40am next morning I had a feeling that our guaranteed 2 hour late checkout would be refused LOL yes lucky I checked.. LOL they would not even give me an hour, now I have almost never ever been denied an extra hour anywhere. My girlfriend asleep on her birthday I just payed the 33k KRW to not have to drag her out of bed and rush to pack. I will be taking this up with Accor, I have booked only with hotels.com for 8 years and average 30+ nights a year in proper hotels. This Gold lie here needs to be removed. As for they rest of the experience? It is a run down dump in the middle of nowhere, nowhere near a train station and Doksan has absolutely nothing to do. I live about 20min from there its the last place on earth that Koreans would want to go to.

I have been staying at this hotel for over four years. The location is not ideal (20-30 min walk to Doksan or Guro Digital Metro stations) but the staff are friendly and extremely professional. There is a HomePlus across the street and plenty of dining options in the area. The property itself is a bit dated but the price justifies it. Looking forward to my next stay.

I wasn’t informed about VIP benefits or anything that I should have been informed. Also, the room smelled and there were fire-alarm tests going on without telling customers-it made me concerned about if there was actually a fire. I didn’t enjoy the stays at all, so I even checked out one day earlier cause I didn’t want to stay there anymore...

If you want to enjoy a swimming pool with reasonable price, this hotel is perfect one. The traditional korean ondol room was cozy and noble.

정말 별로였습니다

호텔이 너무 오래되서 객실 상태가 기본적으로 너무 좋지 않습니다. 프론트 직원도 그렇게 친절하지 않습니다. 출장때문에 구로 근처 호텔 많이 다녀봤는데 여기가 제일 별로였어요. 가격도 다른 호텔 대비 싸지 않습니다. 근처 호텔갈일 있으면 포포인츠바이쉐라톤구로, 롯데시티호텔구로, 신라스테이구로 추천 드립니다. 세탁기가 객실내에 있는데 색깔있는 속옷은 물이 다 빠집니다. 세탁기쓰지마세요. 욕조도 물이 안내려가서 방 한번 고체했구요. 세탁기도 작동이 첨에 안되서 어떤 분이 오셔서 보시고 가셨는데 결국 제가 고쳐서 썼습니다. 그리고 기본 구비 용품도 타호텔대비 안좋고, 칫솔 같은것도 다 돈주고 사야하네요. 어쨌든 비추입니다

건물이 전체적으로 노후되긴 했지만 청결이나 시설에는 문제 없었습니다. 서비스도 좋았고요. 다만 지하 주차장으로 내려가는 길은 초보들은 힘들듯 하네요. 오랜만에 긴장하면서 운전했습니다.

독산 노보텔 이용후기

건물이 좀 오래되긴 했는데, 서비스는 보통이구요. 수영장 가려고 사우나 가운입으려고 펼쳤는데, 그안에서 벌레가 튀어 나와서 놀랬습니다. 레스토랑은 조식만 운영되고, 그것도 뷔페가 아닌 만들어서 나옵니다.

마만족스러운 호텔

시설,서비스 모두 만족스러운 호텔이었다. 특히 가격대비 효율은 매우 좋았었다. 물론 나중에 가격 변동은 있을것 같기는 하다. 이번에는 아무래도 코로나 이슈 등으로 가격이 매우 쌌기 때문이다. 다만 서울 외곽에 위치하고 있어 중심지로 나가기에는 교통의 불편함은 존재한다

가격 대비 좋음

전반적으로 낡은 느낌은 있지만 가격 대비 좋습니다. 수영장도 깔끔하구요. 하지만 현장에서 결제하려고 했는데 삼성 페이가 되지 않고 실물 카드만 가능해서 많이 당황했습니다. 미리 공지가 되면 좋을 것 같습니다.

베리 굿.

장마시즌에 갔었지만, 방은 깨끗하고 수영장도 이용하기 너무 좋았어요! 데스크에서 맞이해주시는 직원분도 너무 친절해서 호텔에 대한 첫인상이 일단 좋았음. 다만 화장실 변기 물이 내려가고 난뒤 물이 뚝뚝 떨어지는 소리가 잦았고, 욕조가 많이 낮았음- _ -* 침구류는 두말할것 없이 너무 포근했어요.

좋았어요.

방도 편안했고 수영장도 넓고 좋았습니다. 호텔 주변에 먹을 곳이 많아서 행복했고 대형마트가 길 건너편에 있어서 과일도 마음껏 사서 먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 꼭 서울 시내를 고집하지 않는다면 서울여행의 숙박호텔로서 가격면에서 상당히 좋을 것 같습니다.

이 코로나 시기에 수영장에 아이 동반 고객이 몰려 다닥 다닥 붙어 몸이 부딪칠 정도인데도 한 개 레인만 아이동반 고객이 이용하게하고 나머지 하나는 성인 자유수영용 또 하나는 회원용으로 유지하며 그 두 레인은 텅텅 비어도 조정을 안했다. 사회적 거리두기를 전혀 신경쓰지 않는 융통성 없는 운영에 놀라울 따름이었다.

좋았어요~

아이랑 수영을 위해 예약했는데 가성비 좋았습니다. 어린아이들은 튜브가 있어야 할꺼같은대 튜브사용을 못하는게 아쉬웠어요~ 저희아이는 구명쪼끼입고 떠있을수있어서 괜찮았는데 너무 어린아이들은 힘들것 같아요! ㅠㅠ 객실상태는 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.
