去到當地好大雪，但老闆好好人，幫忙剷雪，要全日語對話，員工只懂小量英文

Great hostability onsen hotel, nice meals

It's an onsen hotel for local people, a bit far from Shirakawago, only recommended if you have a car to go there. Like most of the Japanese hotels, the hostability is great, food is well-prepared and tasty, the host is not very good in English however.
