"Our room was dated and the carpet was extremely dirty. We had to get our own towels as none were in the room when we arrived. No closet. No hooks to hang up towels or clothes. Lots of wear and tear in our room. "

The Carlton Hotel is in an excellent location opposite the famous Raffles Hotel. It is close to Raffles City shopping centre, City Hall MRT, streets of small shops, underground arcade that leads to Suntec City. All the staff at the Carlton Hotel were excellent, courteous, helpful and friendly."
