Overall experience of the hotel was so-so, the architecture and site setting itself is extraordinary, but the turn off was on the service experience. When we arrived, the receptionist was not friendly and he cant find our booking code. He wasnt explaining all the perks we will get when we stay there, in fact i know because i overheard from the table accross.
We had our dinner at the salon, the food is great but i would say that having only one person to serve all table is abit too much. I wont blame him for being agitated and not too attentive. Same case when we had our breakfast, there was one time the guy scold us because of our repeating order (note that there was 4 of us in the table and only two of them serving all the table)
It was not nice experience of getting scolded, but i understand.
