The bar that the staff at the Ritz Carlton have set in terms of customer service is something every hotel and resort should strive for! I had such a pleasant experience at the Ritz-Carlton in Singapore. Cannot recommend club access enough especially for the incredible hospitality (shoutout to Winston) and the views of Marina Sands Bay + the delicious food throughout the day. I had the pleasure of checking in with Francesca at the front desk who provided wonderful recommendations and made sure my check in process went smoothly. Sadly, the room took a bit to be ready during this busy period. However, the concierge on the club floor (didn’t catch his name) was so accommodating and kind and upgraded me to a suite because my room would be delayed in cleaning. It was such a pleasant surprise especially after a 2 week trip throughout Southeast Asia and ending it here was such a highlight. The staff was absolutely high class, the food at the Colony was delicious and just over worth every single penny.

I would love to go back and revisit. The view from room was Too AMAZING. And J highly recommend breakfast buffet. It was the most delicious and pleasant meal I had in Singapore. And I loved every facility there. Swimming pool was truly nice. I could see how considerate the hotel is, seeing sunscreen by the pool. And sauna felt so private and cozy, with useful amenities. It was so amazing overall.
