"Front desk gentleman Erin/Aaron (unsure on spelling) was extremely calm under pressure with chaos of many people coming & going all at once and the lobby full of people hanging out to leave or waiting till check in time. He was able to get us to our room early which was greatly appreciated. Room smelled musty but bed was very comfortable. "

"This was my first stay at an Embassy Suites' Hotel. I love the open air concept. The room was spacious and very clean. The complimentary buffet breakfast in the morning had a wonderful variety of tasty foods. The property had many indoor and outdoor options for seating and relaxation. Jessica and Andy both talked with us about future vacations. My friend/ sister and I enjoyed talking with them both. We also appreciated being able to take a shuttle from the hotel to our cruise port. Directions were clear, and the ride was pleasant. Our experience at the hotel was wonderful! "
