"Traveled with a friend. It was clean. Mattress a bit soft. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Was in a quiet room. There was a very good variety of breakfast available (cereal station, sausage/bacon/scrambled eggs section, croissants/muffins, pancakes). The Arlanda Express train (to/from ARN airport) was 5 minutes from the hotel. The train to Friends arena was a 5 minute walk. 15 minute walk to Old Town. Location was amazing and convenient."

Only slight niggles were the shower was tempramental - great pressure but temperature was inconsistent and the Bar wasn't open. We could see there was renovation work going on so assume we were just unlucky with our timing on that front . "

"You are paying for a hotel/inn with a great location in the historic part of the city. The room itself was clean and functional, but nothing more than that. My room had its own shower/toilet, but there were also communal facilities on the same floor, so I assume some rooms must not have them. It should be noted there isn't 24 hour reception and it is pointed out very clearly, if you misplace your key after hours, you either wait until the morning or there'll be an expensive call out charge."
