Modern , very nice fitness center, and very helpful staff. Helped us find our way around using train which is right at the hotel. And when we discovered our neighbors were very noisy, they moved us to a very quiet room. We were very pleased and would return again!

Just ok and lacking in service

Our friends cancelled their trip due to virus concern and this was the only hotel that would not refund their hotel cost. My daughter and I went on the trip - overall stay was fine but the morning of our early departure I wasn't allowed to get a cup of coffee in the restaurant. Flat out - no. I would have paid for the coffee but if I didn't get the full buffet then no coffee. It's a small thing but really left a bad impression.

Excellent and they even provide free drinking water. Condition is kept good and location is excellent. Near to the BTS but not in the noisy part of the city. The only thing lacking is.. they don't provide tissue paper box, which I don't it inconvenient as alot of hotel do provide that and given the hotel rate, this won't cost much either.

We’re stay at suite room, Overall good, service good..check-in and out was fine..nut one thing i find that hotel should improve is the variety of choice for breakfast as it was so limited options.

The property is conveniently situated close to the best shopping malls. Our room sold a lot better through the website photos than it really was. The room was a bit run down, smaller than we thought and the bathroom doors were not so friendly and not practical.
