"When i arrived, guest service wasn’t nice to me. Donya worked through her issues with me to get me out of her face. I was nice to her either way. I just wanted a pleasant stay."

"Parking was great! Breakfast needs alot of improvement. But all together was a great experience!"

"Air Conditioning was noisy, the bathroom door did not close. The linens were dingy. The furniture was subpar, lots of damage on them scratches and dings. The carpet was stained and dirty, the bathroom had water damage around the tub and there were cracks in the ceiling drywall. "

"We were traveling with our small dog, so being pet friendly was a must. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly."

"The elevator was down as well as the pool. The continental breakfast was almost non existent. The lock on the door was broken. The chairs in the room were ready to break. We were told there was shampoo and body wash available in the room and there wasn't any. There was mo soap at the sink to wash your hands. The refrigerator wasn't even cold enough to keep anything in it. We had to put things in the freezer instead. I would not recommend this place unless it had a complete overhaul. The staff were pleasant and helped us carry our items to the room but we had family take our things to the car when we left. "
