Generally clean, but run down. The hotel room smelled like mildew. Desk staff were not rude but not friendly. Breakfast is advertised as free but they demand cash

Room wasn't as showen on picture. Room was super small with a window that you couldn't see out. Wouldn't recommend hotel at all. Service was slow and wass treated as your problem didnt matter. After 4 days was moved to a different room . Which was better.

Aunque el precio fue algo accesible, daré mi opinión general de mi estancia, El hotel está algo viejo y descuidado, la habitación que nos dieron no tenía ninguna venta una habitación completamente cerrada, el espejo del baño con manchas de moho, la puerta del baño algunas partes dañadas, los desayunos no son ni por mucho una opción para comer en el restaurante del hotel, en mi segunda noche preferimos pagar en un restaurante para desayunar decentemente, algo que me desagradó bastante fue que no me entregaron mi comprobante de estancia, me dijeron, si quiere puede tomarle una foto, pero el comprobante nos lo quedamos nosotros No me volvería a quedar en ese hotel

Buena ubicación, aunque no cuenta con estacionamiento, lo que dificulta elnbajar equipaje dependiendo la hr, no sienpre hay lugar en la calle, el desayuno buffet delicioso pero tienes que pagar 100 pesos mas por persona, ya que el incluido es un desayuno americano sensillo, antes i cluian el buffet, las habitaciones comodas pero podrían mejorar, falta mantenimiento, mejor servicio no sienpre ponen suficientes toallas, o agua , antes me apreció mejor hotel, lo que significa que lo estan descuidado, el personal atento promedio.

Una noche para el olvido. Hotel en el centro histórico de Tampico con buena vista, pero eso es lo único rescatable. Habitaciones con olor a humedad, sin cancelería acústica: se escucha TODO, como si durmieras en la calle. Lo peor: evento con música de tambora y zapateado dentro del hotel hasta pasadas las 2 a.m.. Subí a recepción en busca de ayuda y no había personal. El buffet es pésimo. Cero relación precio-calidad. Si quieres tirar tu dinero y no dormir, este es el lugar. No vuelvo ni gratis.

Las habitaciones cumplen para dormir y descansar, aunque la que nos tocó no tiene ventanas y se siente un poco encerrada. La limpieza muy bien pero a la pared del Baño le falta mantenimiento ya que se ve tallada y pareciera sucia
