"It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel was accessible to the attractions around KLCC. Very clean and cozy. Bar overlooking the towers and skyline was stunning. More importantly the staff were friendly and very helpful. I look forward to coming back."

"Perfect location, the hotel was very clean and the view incredible."

"Staff were very accommodating. Stayed at the club premier suite, and its a great space for a family with three young kids. Club lounge and buffet were exceptional, with an assortment of vegetarian options. Great kid-friendly pool as well. Couldn't have asked for a better stay."

"The hotel is very close to public transport like monorail, good to access to almost all parts of KL. Hotel staffs are efficient. Hotel quite clean, cleanliness is there. Conveniet and quiet to shopping centres within walkable distance. The only comment, many areas of the wooden built on wall as shelves /table need maintain, sealand wear off. Wooden can fall off anytime. Besides that all good. Thank you for providing service."

Upon checking-in we found the kettle was not working, water heater needs to be switched on an hour and half before...
