Never come back

1. Very smelly of smoke even I reserved a non-smoking room. Hotel staff only provided an air freshener. However, remained smelly after using air freshener. We requested to change to another same double room but hotel staff refused. 2. Without elevator. You must walk up the stairs to the reception on the second floor. it is extremely inconvenient for people carrying luggage. 3. The boss is perfunctory and waits for half an hour in the lobby before showing up and ignoring questions many times. 1・喫煙室を予約したがタバコの匂いがします。ホテルは空気清浄スプレーのみを提供しています。消臭できなくてタバコの匂いが残っています。まだ、同じタイプの部屋を振り替えしたいですが拒否された。 2 ・エレベーターがない、必ず２階のレセプションまで階段を上がります。荷物を持ち人にとっては非常に不便です。 3・ホテルボスの態度が悪い。ロビーで半時間程待ちしました。何度質問しても無視された。 1. 非吸煙房間有煙味 酒店只提供空氣清新劑 嘗試後依然存在臭煙味 更拒絕更換相同的雙人房 2. 欠缺電梯 必須步行樓梯到2樓接待處 對攜帶行李箱人士極不方便 3. 老闆態度敷衍 在大堂等候半小時才出現 並多次無視提問

少し不便なホテル

客室は普通。　寝るだけに泊まるのであれば問題ありません。 しかし、コンビニ等が遠い。 コンビニに買いに行くのに歩いて往復２０分くらいかかった。 車とか持っている人はおすすめができるホテルだと思います。 客室はあまり臭くありません。

말 그대로 1인실... 외국인에게는 많이 좁은 편. 위치의 편리성은 그닥... 도쿠시마 역에서 도보로 20분 정도 걸림.

簡易宿、並以下

駐車場代が別料金(500円)はあり得ない。建物も古し、部屋の設備も良くない。特にウォシュレットが作動しない。いろいろな面でメンタナンスがなっていない。 次に徳島に来た時には、絶対利用しない。

建物は古いです

値段の割にお部屋がとても広かったです。繁華街から少し離れているので少し不便です。ホテル周辺からタクシーが捕まらなかったので呼んでもらったほうがいいかもしれません。

Disappointing

This is a very sad little place in desperate need of a make-over. Not very inviting tiny lobby with a vending machine and a front desk. Room size is okay, bathrooms are terrible. Shower curtain moldy and you can barely move or stand up straight in the bath room. Smell is disgusting and you get so claustrophobic that it's best to leave the door open. Would not recommend, even though staff was friendly.

I dont suggest anyone to go there. The room is horrible. Broken water tap. What really digusts me is the stain on the shower curtain.

Small and convenient

Just passing through Tokushima. Found this hotel convenient to bus stop. A grocery store is a block and a half away. Close to Central Park. Room small but no surprises there. Staff friendly with just enough english.

部屋は十分

値段に対して、部屋は改装済みなのか綺麗にしてありました。 必要最低限そろっていました。 シャワーの温度調節が難しかったり、ユニットバスが部屋と比べて使用感があり改装していなかったです。 でもお手頃な価格なので納得しています。

誠実で的確なサービスが大変好印象でした。駅からは若干遠いですが徒歩圏内で、ホテル近くにコンビニや商店も多く、利便性も良好でした。

平宜！位置方便自駕遊及遍路者

平宜的商務住宿小酒店，三人房空間尚可足夠，可惜房間及走廊都有強烈煙味，討厭煙味者不合。酒店門前有一頗長樓梯，重大行李頗為不便。附近設施尚算方便，有中型超市，24小時扒屋餐廳及油站等。前往德島駅走路需要20分鐘以上，駕車則約5分鐘。酒店樓下有充足車位，費用¥500日元。是次我們作為抵達目的地前之夜宿，地點適合，性價比髙。
