Awesome service, great people, convenient area close to Roppongi station. Great food and activities and convenience/grocery stores. Room was small but perfect for Tokyo. Can't recommend this place enough!

The room was small as normal Tokyo hotels are but very cozy and the appliances worked well and were of quality. The water pressure was great and the temperature controls were effective. Stayed for one night. The downside was no room cleaning during the stay and the blinds (we had 2 windows right above the bed) were not blackout

The rooms are small, but comfortable and perfect for single travellers. You get new towels every day and the room gets cleaned every 3 days. No complaints at all about the hotel.

Decent hotel for the price

Convenient and close to train station, but no elevator to reception, somewhat inconvenient if you have lots of luggage. Hotel is pretty clean, but very small and dated amenities.

I stayed at ACT HOTEL Roppongi. The location is excellent, only about a 3-minute walk from Roppongi Station Exit 2, and close to Roppongi Hills and Tokyo Midtown. However, the stay had many downsides. To reach the front desk you must go down stairs, which is hard with luggage. Some rooms are on a semi-basement floor, and during heavy rain I worried about flooding. The room was fine for one person but the shower was extremely small, and there was no outlet at the desk. Because the room was half underground, the window let in almost no natural light, making it feel closed. Noise was a big issue. I could hear voices from the lobby late at night, people talking in front of the laundry, and even music played at high volume. It felt more like a foreign hostel than a Japanese hotel. Most guests and staff are foreigners, so the atmosphere is international, but those expecting quiet or Japanese-style service may be disappointed. Another point: the only plan I saw was prepaid and non-refundable with a 100% cancellation fee. There is an elevator, but the sign is small and easy to miss. This hotel is only good for those who care about location. If you want a quiet, comfortable stay, it is not recommended.

this is an amazing hotel, value for money, near the station, very accessible to almost everything i am very satisfied..except for the ladies staff who were unfriendly...i repeat ladies staff who were on duty from the night of jan 6 till jan 7... I had no problem with the male staff the, 2 japanese guys and the indian guy who were very helpful, polite and very nice and patient... very professional...

We stayed at this hotel for the last 4 nights in Tokyo, and I got to say that for the price we payed I was expecting way more that this. Our double room we was extremely tiny. There was no room for luggages or either a wardrobe were to store your clothes. What a disappointment! One of the towels they’ve changed was still dirty with a big yellow stain, for which I was a bit shocked and repelled. The cleaning service was only available after 3 consecutive staying days and not everyday (as all hotels should provide). The only good thing was the area, as the hotel is located just across the road of Roppongi station. Will definitely not recommend.
