Si, no había de otra, y excesivo de caro!

Considero que al haber tanta demanda por el concierto ultra, el hospedaje fue muy caro, cotidianamente está habitación es de $550.00 pero casi fue al doble, no vale la pena hay mucho mejores hoteles a precios como el que pague!

Crí que era un buen hotel.

La habitación no estaba bien aseada. En el comedor, sólo había una persona que guisaba y servía, no había platillos de los que tienen en la carta, la servilleta en la que llevaron las tortillas, estaba sucia. El wifi, como en muchos hoteles, pésimo, nunca me pude conectar con sus redes.

Evitable. Por ese precio hay mejores opciones.

Mala ubicación, con mucho ruido de Av. Las Torres. Las instalaciones muy viejas y descuidadas, la limpieza en general es regular, mi habitación tenía un olor bastante desagradable. Incluso para un hotel barato, las condiciones de alojamiento y el servicio dejan mucho qué desear. La atención del personal va de mala a regular, no son groseros pero tampoco son amables, y no parecen tener mucho sentido de servicio al huésped. Definitivamente evitaré regresar al San Jerónimo Inn.

Incomodo.

Al interior del hotel no esta mal el espacio, el mobiliario demasiado anticuado y el color no le ayuda. Pero para el costo real que manejan yo creo debe de estar bien. Por otra parte que Hoteles.com te cobre $200.00 por hacer una reserva es un costo muy alto. más cuando se entregan cuentas de gastos, es un robo.

Queja por doble cargo

Me están cobrando doble por ospedaje solicité a mi llegada en la recepción la aclaración y su respuesta fue tajante en el sentido que solo Expedia.com puede aclararlo. Solicito su amable intervención a fin de que me sea debuelta la primera mensualidad de 12 meses que pretenden cobrarme. Gracias.

El hotel no es nada del otro mundo pero es aceptable por el precio. Aunque creo que se pueden encontrar mejores opciones. El restaurante del hotel es terrible, se tardan MUCHO en darte de comer y en cobrarte, para cobrarme estuve esperando más de 50 minutos y eso que tuve que pararme en el mostrador para que me hicieran caso y ni así.

Hotel aceptable en relación precio/comodidad

Solo estuve una noche pero tuvieron problemas con mi reservacion por Expedía la cual realice unas 4 o 5 horas antes de mi llegada (Tal vez eso lo pueda entender), pero el hecho de que en mi habitación no hubiera productos de aseo personal (Jabones y Shampoo) ni toallas es algo muy decepcionante y sobre eso no hay un directorio telefónico para comunicarse a recepción, en clientes como yo que solo van a "Descansar" no estamos con ánimos de salir nuevamente de la habitación a solicitar este tipo de cosas, el sanitario no funcionaba y la television solo sintonizaba un canal, el internet no llegaba a mi habitación en general muy mala experiencia

El servicio muy bueno. Sin embargo deberían considerar la mejora en la habitación con televisores un poco más recientes, la instalación de teléfonos y aire acondicionado. En el caso del restaurant estar preparados con más personal y así poder brindar el servicio a todos en tiempo y forma.

No fue de mi agrado

No fue de mi agrado, tienes que dejar una identificación o depósito por el control de la televisión, la habitación era para 4 personas y sólo había 1 rollo de papel, no había agua purificada y sólo 2 jabones, la alfombra estaba como mojada, una de las almohadas sucia y las llaves de la regadera no abrían, no cuenta con elevador ni ventiladores. En general creo que podrían mejorar; las instalaciones están bien, a excepción de las llaves del baño... Solo la atención y mejor. limpieza, no les vendría nada mal.
