"Breakfast didnt start til 7am and the pool service did not start til 10am which were both a little late. Before 7am you had to pay for coffee and the ice cream place was also not all inclusive. The steak reastaurant was also not included in theball inclusive. Aside from that the resort was clean and the staff was nice."

"We had a disturbing experience here. On our last day, apparently while we were at dinner but well after the cleaners had been there, a staff member entered our room and changed the password on our room safe. We had already packed for the night and had closed the closet, so we did not notice until we went to retrieve our passports from the safe in the morning. We notified the front desk and they said "you forgot your password, the manager is the only one that can open it and she gets in at 8:00 AM". We did not forget the password. There was a note from staff on the safe that they had changed the password "because it had been left open". We had pre-arranged transportation to the airport leaving at 7:00 AM, so we had to pay another $110 for a ride to the airport after they finally got it open. This is not a trustworthy establishment.
