Welcoming hotel

have stayed here for over ten years on and off. The rooms are comfortable and bathrooms very good. Good tv and lots of channels. Beds great. Lots of safe parking. The bar is spacious and serves great roasts. Staff can’t do enough for you. The rooms are looking a bit tired but there is plenty of drawers and wardrobe space. Could do with saucers with the cups to make tea. Overall we wouldn’t go anywhere else in Tralee.

Friendly staff and good parking facility. But a bit stark & impersonal because of its sheer size/scale; not really enough lifts for this size of hotel. Some broken fixtures & loose trim....but overall was OK

We were cheated by the price we paid hotels .com as we were 2ndy charged by the hotel, who latet credited us what THEY paid hotels.com 98.euros vs 120.00 which we also paid. Not satisfied and will not b dealing with the mentioned again !

Business Trip

Picked this hotel for its location and the gym. Staff and hotel were lovely. WiFi is great. Only downside was the gym. I got up early to do a quick 30 mins session. There was no one at the gym reception. I rang the bell twice but no one came so I signed the book and went into gym myself as I had limited time. Two of the machines were broken so I only got 20mins done before I had to run. Everything else about my stay was great. Huge car park at rear of hotel. Will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Tralee.

Good hotel for just one night stay.

The hotel was good but not right in center. The breakfast was good and we have a good service at our stay. Good parking just behandling the hotel.
