An hotel which does not provide what's ordered
Me and my wife stayed there three nights. Our experience with this hotel is very bad: 1. I made reservation for a suite ("One Double and One Twin Bed", as written in the reservation), but got a simple room with shower room (see the photos). When I complained, the man in charge told me that when publishing "suite" they mean "en-suite" shower and toilette. 2. The address, as appears in the reservation, is 850 Aerodrome. However, our room was in another address, 701 Munyenyiwa. They even didn't notify me about the change... 3. The place where we stayed does not have any public transportation nearby, so in order to go to the town center one depends on the hosts, who are usually not there. 4. The breakfasts on the first and last day were coordinated with me to be served at 7:30. However, nobody came to prepare them and it was only after 9 o'clock that they took us to eat at their other place. By doing so they wasted our time. 5. The "Free WiFi" was very weak all the time and actually didn't function in the whole building. The reason is that the router is located in another building, which serves the staff, so the signal in the guests' building is very very weak.

Very helpful staff, nice, clean room and comfortable bed. The hosts try very hard to accommodate all your needs, help you with transportation, trips etc. The only drawback was the lack of AC which was needed due to high temperatures. We would gladly pay extra for having working AC in the room.

Not what we paid for.
We arrived 'late' at 8pm and waited for 30 min in front of the gate. We eventually got picked up for an 'upgrade' as owner overbooked property. The place we stayed was lovely, we had breakfast at another place but then were told there that we would be moved every day as Victoria Falls accommodation was fully booked. We had planned to get settled in one place for 3 nights and were left hanging into where we would be moved (third day, we were moved at 11.20 am, waste of a morning really!). Third breakfast was delivered to us. We tend to have breakfast at 7 or 7.30 and go. It arrived at 9.20 with rock solid toast - no doubt leftovers. At all 3 places we stayed in, staff were lovely and accommodating but not what we paid for.

They Take Really Great Care of You
Guest house run by two brothers, Sylvester (Sly) and Marshall. Not fancy, but great value for money. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The mattresses are excellent. The wifi usually works — if there is a problem with it Sly will fix it right away. Where they really excel is in helping you arrange tours and activities around Vic Falls. They know the lay of the land and really take care of their guests. This includes lifts for much less than the taxis charge. I initially booked for two days; I wanna ended up staying eight. If I end up back in Vic Falls, I wouldn’t hesitate to book there again

Great Budget Accommodation in Vic Falls!
Great place to stay with Sly, Marshal and team. They help with anything you need. The room is basic, but good value. No air-conditioning, but still comfortable. The Falls are amazing!

A special experiance at the falls
From the moment we met Sly, Marshall and Gumchirai at VFA airport, we knew we were onto something special. We experienced Vic Falls from the perspective of locals very proud of their national treasure. Seuta made delicious breakfasts and also that our room is neat and tidy. Sly, the perfect host and tour guide. Maitabisi for the wonderful experience!!
