"Overall, it was a good stay. Most annoying part is the resident card they give you will not allow you to access the building itself, have to wait for a resident or staff to open it. The front desk staff at Vinhomes are a separate entity from the building you’re staying at so they won’t open the door for you which is annoying "

" My first impression is that the hotel fits its name. It truly is a grand hotel, once you walk in through the door and into the lobby area. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. Good breakfast with many options you can choose from. I only stayed here for my last 2 nights in Vietnam but will come back and stay longer the next time I am in Vietnam. My only suggestion is that the hotel staffs could be more friendlier when greeting customers.
