5 STARS!! FOR COMFORT, CLEANLINESS AND SERVICE

Just the kind of hotel experience we wanted! Comfortable, welcoming, friendly and attentive staff. Gardens are wonderfully peaceful. One suggestion that management could think about is adding steps down into the garden for elderly people. This particularly applies to room 112 where we stayed . Other than that a great stop-over and we would certainly come again.

Mittelmässiges Hotel

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und die Zimmer gross und sauber. Der grösste Kritikpunkt ist dass der Wasserdruck von der Dusche so niedrig ist dass es unmöglich ist die Haare zu waschen. Das Essen war auch nicht besonders gut und der Service extrem langsam. Das Personal war aber immer sehr freundlich. Der Hoteleigene Spa Bereich war nicht geöffnet, es wurde aber angeboten in einem anderen Hotel nachzufragen.

Nice stop off hotel on route to Johannesburg

A Group of us spent a very please night hear, on route from Kruger to Jobo. Very clean good sized rooms with wonderful comfortable beds and a excellent shower. Plenty of secure parking and a lovely setting, just perfect for what we needed on our road trip. Restaurant and bar on site, with very friendly staff

Very nice Hotel

We stayed for a weekend. Our first impressions were very good. Clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, always smiling and ready to help. Although we did not expect much of the hamburger we ordered for dinner, it was really excellent. The buffet breakfast was really excellent as well. The room: very nice room, LARGE bed, even the sofabed was comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable, although the toilet was leaking a bit and some lights were not working. But that is about the only negative thing. We enjoyed our stay very much. The large garden area is beautiful and when we sat at the swimming pool the staff brought us cushions for the chairs, which was really nice of them. There are lots of bunnies, chickens, ducks and goose to sit and watch and enjoy and children to play with. Overall very nice hotel!

Une suite sans électricité : hotel non recommandé

Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à trouver l'hôtel qui n'est pas dans la ville annoncée mais 19 km plus tard, au bord d'une autoroute très bruyante et en travaux !!! Enfin arrivés à l'hôtel, on nous annonce qu'il y a une coupure de courant depuis quelques heures et qu'ils ne savent pas quand cela sera réglé. En effet nous n'avons durant notre séjour jamais eu d'électricité dans notre chambre, ni d'eau chaude d'ailleurs ! Heureusement que le temps était doux et que nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la clim ou du chauffage ! Nous avons dû réclamer des bougies pour nous éclairer.... cela sans compter le réveil par le coq de l'hôtel qui complétait bien le bruit des travaux de l'autoroute devant l'hôtel. Tout cela sans compensation, autant vous dire que nous ne recommandons pas cet hotel.

Luke warm reception. Malaga ?

After Dinner we retired to the Room,we then wanted to Shower.We then called and informed reception of no Hot water.They said we must try again and then inform them. We then retired,next morning at 7 o clock I Tested the water again,cold I then Went to Reception in person,they called Maintenance.The maintenance man then said the Trip switch was off.We should wait again. After an hour we still had no Hot water.Then we were offered another room to Shower. I realize this can happen having had my own Guesthouse for years.But really the Hand basins outlet did not work,the Bed side light did not work,No remote for the TV,one fault is acceptable but this was Totally unacceptable.We really enjoyed the food and Gardens.
