"The hotel is very well located; everything is nearby—restaurants, trains, and buses. Public transport runs 24 hours a day and is easy to navigate, and taxis are also easy to hail. There are convenience stores close by, some of which are open 24 hours. The security and the level of service are excellent."

"Hotel was conveniently located. Room was spacious and well maintained. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient. Laundry room and gym would be updated but otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

Well situated, beds were very comfortable and my family appreciated being a stone's throw away from Mitsukoshi, Taipei 101 and convenience stores. We did not experience any noise even on a Friday/Saturday night despite the bar downstairs and opposite the road. Staff were responsive and helpful.

Pacific Business Hotel is always my go-to place to stay in Taipei. The room is always very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. And lots of little touches make a difference (e.g., electrical outlets that will accommodate my Singapore plugs). Had the breakfast this time and it was pretty good. I liked the dim sum.
My only complaint was that there were no English instructions for the all-Chinese TV remote control. If I had gone to the front desk with this though, they surely...

Hotel was fantastic. They has a big jacuzzi bath tub although we did not try it out due to busy schedules. Location of hotel is great as well. Breeze shopping mall was just 10mins walking distance away. You can find all sorts of branded items there. Rao he night mkt is also 10-15 mins walk away. 3mins walk frm yongchun mtr. Room was spacious n clean.
Overall experience: we will choose to stay there again if we visit taipei the next time

Had a great 2 night stay in the single room, good location and super friendly and helpful staff.
The only drawback would be the limited number of showers and restrooms, which are the same for guys and girls, so I didn't really feel like using the showers and had my showers at the hot springs showers instead.

This hotel is pretty new so perhaps the conditions were good as well. But really pleased with my stay (4 Nights). The room is very pretty and service is good as well. Very near to Taipei 101 and to the convention centre (just a stone away). If you can't afford Hyatt hotel but still want a decent place to stay, HolyPro is the choice. I had no issues with the bathroom amenities. (bath tub was huge and made of stones) The water flow was good. Only issue I had was a cockroach -like insect crawling...

Had an excellent stay at the shangri-la and will continue to use them during my future visits to Taipei.
All the staff were polite and provided excellent service. The hotel rooms were large and had good amneties.
The hotel is not centrally situated but it has a train station nearby around 5 to 10 minutes walk.
All in all, worth the stay however there is one feedback which I will not deduct a star for as it is relatively minor. Please shangri-la, get better hair dryers.
