Was upgraded to a bigger room and really loved the smart design of the room. One of the best hotels in Hong Kong with a great view to see the sunrise in the morning. Really well-equipped and had a lovely stay!

Booked for Harbour view king bed for 4 nights fm 2-6 May. Check-in was smooth and their services were fantastic. The room was big and the view was awesome too. MTR station (exit P1) within 3 mins but still need to walk around 5-8 mins underground to reach the main control station. Overall, the stays were good and we enjoyed it.

accessible to mtr and shopping mall but a little inaccessible to the rest of the place as the mtr is not directly linked to the main mtr line, got a free upgrade, good surprise for my first stay.

I was apprehensive at first as I wasn’t familiar with Austin Road or this area as I used to stay around HK central when I visited. However it turned out to be an excellent choice for a solo leisure traveller. I stayed 4 days 3 nights and these were the positive points : 1. Convenient location - 5 mins+ walk to Jordan train station. Two stations away from Mongkok which is the cheaper shopping district and where Ladies Market shopping street is. 2. Neighbourhood eateries - just down Kimberley...

A perfect weekend stay in HK

Not my 1st stay at Eaton. Room has improved and staff were friendly, housekeeping is great. Guest lifts can improve further but it’s less waiting time compared to my last visit. Will consider coming back again.

I stayed in this hotel during my business trip 3 years ago. Now I came back to the same hotel for vacation with my friends. All of us like the hotel as the room is clean and spacious. We feel very comfortable staying there.
