尚有很大改善空間

從冷氣不冷開始，備案是去另一館住宿，但是距離上不方便隔天的行程，處理過程中，感覺上好像是旅客的問題而弄壞冷氣，這點感受真不好，如果冷氣會因為這樣而透豆，應該在入住時就該提醒旅客，而不是事後好像怪旅客把冷氣弄壞的感覺。 再來，有停車位，卻要另外付費，您們的價位3680，也不算便宜，但是停車卻還要另外付費，這也應該在訂房上註明才是。 還有就是，有沒有附贈早餐，也應該是辦理入住時就應該提醒或告知旅客才對，而不是隔天起床，櫃檯人員還問旅客有沒有早餐這類問題，旅客哪知道你們的入住規則是什麼。

Good location

The hotel is along the street where the bus from TaiChung stops. I communicated with the staffs in limited English and Japanese. The room was designed nice. There were disposable towels like paper. The building sometimes shakes... (when someone comes in and out wildly, I think).

不要被旅店的一樓給騙了

飯店房間小 不夠乾淨 浴室發霉 熱水壺最誇張 內裏沒有乾 還有一點水 而且發霉 枕頭也不乾淨 房間內的廁所是沒有門的 旅店沒有附停車場喔
