Para dormir.

No es un hotel con estrellas pero para pasar la noche no está mal. Es económico, lo malo es que no tenga wifi, por lo demás dentro de lo que cabe está bien.

Wet, no light, horrible room

It was just like the cheapest motel I have ever been, including ants and cockroaches- they are very expensive for the lousy service they provide.

Più che un hotel per turisti , è unato "bettola" per prostituzione e forse droga. Personale cordiale , ma niente di più. Struttura vecchia, non man tenuta e sudicia. La stessa HoTel. com dovrebbe scegliere meglio le strutture che propone.

Dirty and poorly staffed

The hotel is falsely advertised. It says on Expedia that the price of the economy room includes wifi but when I came to check in they said it was only a fan and I would have to pay more for an ac room. Wifi doesn't reach the rooms. I have the impression that they rent to hotel by hour for prostitutes.

El hermosa Palenque

I enjoyed my stay here. Close to the city center, the superior room was a great upgrade, and worth the few dollars more. The staff was friendly, and helpful. I will stay again soon.

Worst hotel ever, totally a brothel. Don't stay!

Shabby!

The general section of the street was unappealing though its general location convenient. The lobby area was really looking very dated and not well maintained. The room I was given was on at the back of the ground floor, which has no window but a small vent at the top of the bathroom. I did not feel safe, nor was the room appearing clean. I did not shower that day. I booked 4 days on line but stayed only a day. My cancellation within 2 hours of my booking has not resulted in any refund. Communication was difficult as no staff speak English. For about the same price, I then booked my stay just 50 meters down the street.

Hotel viejo y sucio

Las fotos que muestran en internet no son nada parecidos a la realidad. Las habitacion son pequeñas apenas para medio caminar. Todo dentro del hotel es viejo y sucio. En la misma cuadra se consiguen mejores hoteles y al mismo precio. Evitense una mala experiencia, no se hospeden en este hotel.

es un hotel humilde, para gente humilde, te tratan muy bien y es el lugar ideal para tener tu habitación privada en el centro y no gastes mucho.

hotel malísimo, da asco hasta la cama

muy malo te ofrecen habitación con aire acondicionado y no lo tiene hay q pagar por el , apesta a cigarrillo los pasillos la entrada y las habitaciones, sin ventanas más q un agujero q se puede entrar por ahí algún bicho.el personal muy amable , por lo demás es horrible

The super cheap option

We stayed two nights in the hotel in the smallest of three rooms (8qm). The beds are very small for two people, there is no real door between bathroom and the room itsleft. The room did not have windows. We had an AC which unfortanetly did not work, rooms with wirking ACs are more expansive but not bookable over the hotels.com app. The staff is very friendly and assisted us with everything needed. Nevertheless, in the summer an AC is quite needed in Cartagena and the standards are very low.

Excelente ubicación y buen personal

La ubicación y el personal es bueno, sin embargo las instalaciones de la habitación con aire acondicionado están muy viejas y la cama nada cómoda, recomiendo el hotel solo si vas de paso por su ubicación y el precio bajo

super mal la atencion porque hice la reserva, cuando llego la recepcinista me dice que la tarjeta no fue aceptada que era invalida y por ende no se pudo hacer la reserva, aparte no me soluciono el inconveniente....sinceramente super mal...que pena con hoteles.com...y como para finalizar, la reserva la hago con aire acondicionado y cuando llego me dicen que es con ventilador...

las personas que trabajan en el hotel son muy serias muy atentas serviciales me gusto mucho su ubicación el precio para reírse super barato todo estubo muy bien la habitacion muy pequeña nada de lujos tiene tv con cable ventilador nos atendieron muy bien te dan buena informacion
