We spent 2 nights there (January 1st and 2nd 2020) No hot water. No water at all in the evening and early in the morning. In the morning, the restaurant was filled with dirty dishes from the night before. The place had a strong fish odor.

Inconsistent hot water + loud music nights

I have stayed 2 nights in a double room with private bathroom. I tried to have a shower 5 times during this 2-day stay, only once the water was hot so I could actually have a shower. For as much as I asked at the reception to fix it, the different ladies throughout my stay could not do much about it. One girl one night even checked other rooms for hot water but no success. I was like, tomorrow before breakfast then? She was like, no it won't work either, as a technician needs to come to "fix it" and he doesn't come early in the day. I was like, so this technician has to come everyday to turn on the hot water? She kind of said an uncertain "yes" just to brush it off. There was NO communication issues here as I can speak Spanish fluently. I think management purposefully turns off the water heater to save on costs Anyway inconsistent hot water seams to be an issue in Peru. If this is important for you make sure to find reviews that specifically mentions hot water was not an issue, otherwise you'll be having showers at room temperature which can vary from 7 to 20c (45F to 68F). Depending on altitude and season. Furthermore, they keep loud music palying until late at night with a super strong bass, at least past 1am. An this is by no mean a "party hostel". Keep in mind that most excursions leave at 7am!! Considering the 45$ / night in June, I don't think it's worth the money as you have no peace/quite time nor hot water when you’re back from your day excursion.

Very friendly

We had amazing help from one of the waitresses (Aliza) to book a great private wine/pisco tour, as well as help with storing our bags since we had an early checkout but our bus was an overnight. The private room was comfortable. The only complaint was that a lot of people were having a lot of fun very late into the evening at the adjoined bar. Good for them! But not the best for sleep.

Lo malo: Entrando al baño había bichos desagradables y sólo dejaron una toalla y 2 pequeños jabones en el baño. El desayuno que te dan aunque es rico pero pequeño. Lo bueno: tiene una ubicación excelente y buen servicio. Todos muy atentos y amables.

Al llegar al hotel nos indicaron que la reservación no se encontraba en el sistema, que nunca les llegó una notificación por parte de Hoteles.com por lo que tuvimos que elegir una habituación mucho más cara y que no se ajustaba a lo que se había indicado en la reservación que se hizo en hoteles.com

Un oasis dentro de un oasis.

El hotel es muy bonito, moderno y limpio. El restuarante del hotel es super popular durante la noches de los fines de semana, asi que vengan preparados para bailar y traigan tapones para los oidos por que la fiesta va hasta tarde. El desayuno incluido es bastante minimo, pero las ordenes adicionales no son caras. Lo unico que no me gusto es que cuando trate de agendar tours, la agente me hacia varios precios chuecos con tal de sacarme unos cuantos soles extra. Experiencia muy bonita, que por cantidad minima de dinero me inspiro desconfianza.

Pierden reservas y te dejan en la calle

Unos ineptos. Necesitaron tres recepcionistas para decirnos que no encontraban nuestra reserva, y como el hotel ya estaba lleno nos dijeron que nos fuésemos. No recomiendo reservar en un hotel que no obedece a las reservas

worst hotel ever

there is a dance party room right next to hotel and sooo many people move around in middle of the night like at 3 am making tons o fnoises 5 feet from where you sleep. If you want to sleep at night do not stay here... Room also smells like wax. Only thing good about this hotel was it had ok wifi
