Servicio desastroso

Bueno en la habitación no había agua caliente para tomar baño tenía que estar llamando a la recepción para informar que no había agua caliente pero se tardaron mucho en resolver el problema era cada vez que quería ducharme no había agua caliente otro punto en el restaurante uno hacía el pedido y se olvidaban después de esperar casi una hora en las mañanas el desayuno es a las 7:00 de la mañana pero no esta a esa hora se demoran en acomodar las cosas para el desayuno como 30 minutos muestras que las personas esperan es un desastre la atención

EL hotel limpio, pero las habitaciones no son como se muestran en la pagina web, son pequeñas. El personal es atento pero no vimos buena organización en el desayuno del domingo 28/Julio, esperaron se acabe el desayuno buffet para recién reponer la comida originando, espera innecesaria, desorden, etc.

La comida es muy buena. Personal amable. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. Si pides una habitaciòn triple, el closet ya no se puede usar. Closet, sin cajoneria.

pleasant grounds; disappoiting room; over priced

This hotel near Las Dunas was priced just slightly below the Las Dunas rates on Travelocity, but is not really on par with that resort. While the grounds were very pretty and the included breakfasts very satisfying, the rooms resembled one or two star motel rooms. The triple room we reserved was a double room with an extra twin bed added so there was no room to move around. We did not find the room relaxing at all. The bathroom was basic but had little room to put things down. We had to pull a chair from the room to lay our clothes down while showering. To add insult to injury the price we committed to on the Travelocity site was almost double the price posted in the reception area for a similar room. At the time we booked, the price was reasonable because it seemed comparable to Las Dunas, but it is not and I would never pay that much for this hotel/motel again.
