The staff were pleasant. However, the room had many issues. The telephone was not working, room cleaning was not done, the bathroom was leaking

was so bad of the hotel staff to welcome me at the midnight while I was came from traveling away , because of my ID and passport was not with and I have my local driving license they did not allow me to get in the hotel plus bad attitude of the receptionist , also they let me stayed the road waiting their approval to get me check in after 12 .30 am

Leuk als je Rus bent , maar dat ben ik niet

Als je daar verblijft en je ben Rus dan mag je automatisch gebruik maken van het strand die aan de overkant ligt en de inging is via Beach hotel ik ben geen Rus dus had die privilege niet tetwijl ik nog duurder betaalde dan hun. Dus ik ben maar weggeaan en verblijf nu in het Beach Hotel zelf 10x beter dan Summerland

Двойственные чувства

Многое уже описано, повторяться не буду, напишу свои впечатления. В мотеле в основном отдыхали пакетные туристы, много русских. Номерной фонд не новый и номера очень неравноценны. Первые 5 дней мы с внуком жили в хорошем номере, с балконом, затем пришлось переехать в другой отель. По возвращении нас поселили в номер без балкона и с окном, выходящим на глухую стену в полуметре от окна, а под ним какая-то цистерна. Окно было страшно открывать. В номере было влажно, купальная одежда не сохла. Несколько раз ходила на ресепшен с просьбой переселить, но там утверждали, что другие номера все заняты. Это оказалось неправдой, свободные номера были. Удивило также обращение с гостями в столовой (рестораном назвать не могу; мы брали завтраки). Сколько путешествуем, но такого "сервиса" не встречали нигде. Работники сами не здороваются, раздраженным тоном делают замечания, какие тарелки надо брать и т.п. Как будто они воспитатели, а мы не гости, а "воспитуемые". В общем, мотель для ооочень невзыскательных туристов. При чек-ауте не получила счет (инвойс) за весь период проживания, одна ночь оказалась не включена, счет с оплатой не сошелся. В итоге испытываю двойственные чувства: первое посещение отеля оставило хорошее впечатление, при повторном было неприятно. Плюсы: хорошее расположение относительно двух муниципальных пляжей, бесплатный вай фай. Минусы: предоставление номеров на усмотрение управляющих, невоспитанность сотрудников столовой.

Berbat bir karşılama, amatör fırsatçı bir resepsiyon görevlisi. Kesinlikle kimseye tavsiye edilemez. Aileler asla tercih etmesin.
