Hotel aconchegante

Hotel bom, equipe agradável e prestativa. Porém a entrada do hotel fica em uma rua pequena muito íngrime ( alguns carros não conseguem subir) o que te obriga a subir a pé . Tinha muitos insetos nos quartos e o quarto possui um cheiro muito forte .

Boa experiência

Equipe muito simpática! Adorei o esquema do café da manhã no quarto, excelente as opções oferecidas. O único problema que vejo é que tem que fazer tudo de carro. O estacionamento além de ser pequeno tem uma ladeira que dias de chuva o carro derrapa. Não precisamos, mas acredito que se precisar de algo a noite na pousada, será difícil conseguir.

Séjour au top, pousada vivement recommandée!

Séjour très agréable sur cette île sauvage. Le responsable de l'hotel est un argentin très accueillant, qui distille ses conseils au fil du séjour et en fonction de vos envies. Pousada très bien située, au calme mais proche de tout. excellent petit déjeuner, service de très bon standing, et surtout une attention toute particulière portée au développement durable, à l'économie d'énergie et à l'économie d'eau. Les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuses pour se sentir à l'aise, et tout a été fait pour que nous nous sentions chez nous (jusqu'au prêt de parasol et de chaises pliantes pour la plage!)

Romantismo e curtir a natureza

Fui curtir alguns dias com minha esposa nesta pousada e recomendamos muito. O quarto é bem espaçoso e possui tudo que você precisa para relaxar. Vista maravilhosa da Lago da Conceição e uma Jacuzzi muito relaxante. A Pousada fica sob uma montanha e o único ponto negativo é o acesso a pousada por uma rua muito ingrime e que em dias com chuva é preciso muita habilidade para subir. O café da manhã é servido no quarto e é muito bom com produtos frescos.

Quarto espaçoso, porém com insetos no quarto

O quarto é espaçoso, e possui bom sinal de Wi-fi. Foi deixado os itens do café da manhã no quarto (devido a greve dos ônibus, segundo a recepção), porém não foi disponibilizado nenhuma garrafa ou copa de água inclusa, e nos foi cobrado a parte aquela que utilizamos no Checkout (6 reais a garrafa). Deixou a desejar muito na parte da limpeza, ao entramos no quarto com nossa filha bebê, tinha uma aranha bem grande ao lado da cama, e só não fomos para outro local devido ao horário. Durante a madrugada, encontramos também barata no quarto.

Atendimento especial, personalizado, atendentes muito atenciosos. Ideal para casais, ambiente romântico, com paisagem maravilhosa. Local silencioso, ótimo para descansar. Café da manhã servido no quarto na hora escolhida previamente. Ótimos restaurantes próximos, localizada numa região de fácil acesso tanto para as praias do sul ou norte da ilha.

Decepção

A pousada tem uma boa proposta, mas na baixa temporada fica abandonada e tem serviços restritos. Não há funcionários no turno da noite, colocando em risco a segurança dos hóspedes que ficam sem nenhum tipo de apoio caso necessário. O local é ruim para quem não está de carro, fora de mão.
