Incrível! Embora não tenhamos tido tempo de utilizar o Spa (incluso no valor da hospedagem), o local tem uma decoração clássica de muito bom gosto. Café da manhã incrível e equipe de recepção muito atenciosa.

Fizemos a reserva na Pousada Holgar D´Alma por meio do Hoteis.com para uma comemoração especial, de aniversário. Por isso escolhemos o melhor quarto do local, com banheira de hidromassagem. Dias após o término do prazo para cancelamento gratuito da hospedagem, a pousada entrou em contato dizendo que havia ocorrido um "erro no sistema" e o quarto que tínhamos reservado para nossa comemoração especial, não estava mais disponível, pois reservado à outras pessoas. Nós disponibilizariam um quarto inferior e providenciariam o estorno da quantia paga a mais, o que ainda não ocorreu pq o gerente do local está usando desculpas sem fundamento para retardar... Além do mais, apenas nos informaram que o quarto reservado não estava disponível quando não mais poderíamos cancelar a reserva gratuitamente pelo Hoteis.com. Chegando ao local, nos colocaram num quarto bem inferior, com um ofurô minúsculo que mais parecia uma tina para guardar água e no qual tínhamos que revezar o uso. O quarto era ultrapassado, de gosto duvidoso, cheirando a mofo e repleto de teias de aranha. As toalhas, de péssima qualidade, mal enxugavam e estavam gastas. O tapete de banheiro estava puído e quase rasgando. O banheiro era minúsculo, a pia era tão pequena que mal dava para lavar o rosto sem deixar água pelo chão, os enfeites eram datados e bem cafonas. Tudo completamente fora da proposta "local relaxante".

Boa opção para hospedagem relaxante em Canela

Boas opções de massagens. Quarto confortável. Lençóis aquecidos excelentes. Boa limpeza e excelente atendimento. Calefação desligada, apenas ar condicionado funcionando em Junho.
