Clean and basic with amazing service

The staff were fantastic. They looked after us from day 1 and really made the hotel stay as pleasant as it was. I would definitely use this hotel again

cheap stay

I would not stay at this hotel again. They are relatively new to Expedia and it took over an hour for the check in process to complete. I paid for our rooms via Expedia, however our payment couldn't be confirmed and the girl at the front desk would not let us into our rooms without payment first (we prepaid 2 rooms for three nights). Our party consisted of seniors and there was no air conditioned area to wait in while the payment to be confirmed. No toiletries are provided (including toilet paper, so be sure to bring your own). Breakfast was simple, and only included one very small cup of coffee. Additional cups are surcharge. There was no pool on the property (as advertised). The hotel is located very far from everything, the cab ride into town was 200 baht each way (almost $10 CAD). All in all, I was very disappointed with this property and I would not recommend it to anyone.
