Hotel agradável e econômico

Hotel de frente para o mar, organizado e limpo. Não há luxo, mas sim o necessário para uma estadia tranquila e com preço razoável.

Perto da praia e barato, mas...

O hostel vale a pena por ser perto da praia e ser barato, mas não se encha de expectativas... As instalações não são como nas fotos. São ok, mas nada de mais. Tem bastante tomada perto das camas, isso eh bom pra quem viaja com muitas câmeras.

La atención del staff es EXCELENTE! Super amigables y con buena predisposicion. El desayuno es bastante variado y abundante. Lo malo es que el anafe y el horno no funcionan bien, esperé 1hr a que se cocinen las hamburguesas y 45min para que se caliente agua. No vendria mal una pava electrica. Estaria bueno que las habitaciones tengan llave. La ubicacion es bastante conveniente, tiene supermercados a pocas cuadras, la estacion de subte Jardim Oceanico esta a 3 cuadras, la playa esta a pocos min caminando y tmb se puede llegar caminando en pocos min al polo gastronomico.

Não pense em cozinhar lá.

O hostel é bonito e bem arrumado, mas a cozinha é ridícula. Não tem fogão, apenas aquele elétrico que demora 1h pra ferver água. Só tem 1 geladeira pra todos hospedes( pra funcionário são 2), não tem panelas e talheres suficientes e só tem 1 porta de armário pra hóspede, e para funcionário são 4 --' não tem o famoso armário que hóspedes deixam alimentos que não vão levar, fica tudo para os funcionários. Ou seja, você parece um intruso na cozinha dos fincionarios

Bom custo - benefício, boa localização/metrô/bares

Bom atendimento, hóspedes jovens, tranquilos, em congresso. Perto da praia do Pepê/11 min, supermercado, área segura assim como a praia. Perto da Olegário Maciel/bares, metrô/BRT. Fiquei em surpresa com o horário do café da manhã que inicia às 8h, mas alguns hóspedes pediram mais cedo e fomos atendidos a partir das 7h30min. Temos que lavar a louça do café! O quarto privativo que fiquei não tem janela, fica abafado (tem ar condicionado) e com cheiro de esgoto. Os funcionários são atenciosos. A Barra da Tijuca é bonita, segura e boa pra descanso. A Praia do Pepê é linda, a areia branquinha, o mar bem azul, é limpa, segura, familiar. Gostei da Barra da Tijuca.

Pleasant stay but having difficulty communicating

The hostel staff members do not speak much English, making the communication process much difficult. Perhaps because of the culture, breakfast time started at 8am, a very different practice from what I encountered in many other countries.

Local bom com colchão ruim.

Positivo: pessoal e atendimento muito bons. Todos são solícitos. O espaço é bonito e moderno. Negativo: o banheiro acumula muita água, há manchas no teto e lâmpadas com defeito. Mas o pior mesmo foi o colchão não sei se eram todos ou só o meu, mas me pareceu mole demais e me deixou com dor nas costas, a ponto de nem querer usar o último dia da estadia até o fim.

O melhor não cogite outro

Melhor Hostel do RJ, já fiquei em vários, só volto neste, inclusive já voltei e levei uma amiga, a equipe é surreal, o clima é demais, super tranquilo, cozinha aberta 24h, NAO desligam o ar às 8h como nos outros hostels(imagine isso no calor do RJ se vc quiser descansar mais no quarto vc derrete!) Fica no Jardim Oceânico do lado do metrô, DO LADO MESMO, na entradinha da barra na altura do Pepê Posto 2, a parte mais charmosa e badalada da barra, a rua mto tranquila, próximo à Olégario, mercados, praia(fica a uns 4 quarteirões da praia, indo a pé é a maior delicia)...SEM DUVIDAS O MELHOR DO RIO! Como já voltei lá depois ainda, já fiz amigos, já chego e todos são a maior simpatia, TODOS. Não há ponto negativo!

Hostel muy bien ubicado

El hostel esta muy bieb ubicado. Tiene un supermercado cerca, la estacion de metro y la de brt a pocas cuadras. En cuanto al desayuno, el mismo es pobre y con poca variedad de alimentos (frutas)

MUNDO MÁGICO !!!

A experiência foi impar e " Mágica, pois como dona da varinha" ... O pessoal muito legal atencioso e mega prestativos. Sou cadeirante com redução de movimento membros inferior praticamente 0. Eles ajustaram uma rampa e cadeiras para o banho. Bingo !!!! O resto ficou por minha conta... Parabéns por terem aceitado o desafio e juntos com certeza poderemos fazer um Mundo Melhor !!!! Creio que isto chama-se INCLUSÃO. Os dois âmbitos Olímpico e Paralímpico usufruindo de um mesmo recurso.

Estadia conturbada, pois o hotel não é o que reservamos pelo site, tive que conversar duas vezes com hotel.com para resolver minha situação. FICAMOS por 04 dias e não trocaram as roupas de cama, não limparam, não tiram nem o papel higienico. PESSIMO>

(correcting typos from previous review) I came for Rio Olympics. The reception had staff 24 hours, they were local from Rio and very helpful. Spoke good English unlike other Rio shop staff. The entrance didn't have any signs, just a number on the door. Probably so that local gang don't target this place? The hotel on opposite side has a big sign though. Towel and locker were free, but I had to buy my own lock for R$15. Security cameras around locker area. Mixed bathroom and toilet. Very clean. The bed was wobbly, made by light metal instead of wood. The metal rail fell to the ground and shocked the lower bunk bed guest. I changed bed, not wanting to fall from upper bunk bed to the ground myself. No one cleaned my bed between days.

Me fue muy bien. El Yolo hostel es nuevo y tiene una buena ubicación en referencia al parque olímpico de Rio 2016.
