B and B très classe, au centre historique;

Lecce est une ville baroque à la très belle architecture, la foule italienne apporte de la vie à ces ruelles anciennes, les gens sont gentils, ils nous ont souvent aidés comme ils pouvaient, car nous ne parlons pas italien, une bonne étape parmi tant d'autres dans ce coin des Pouilles ; seul problème , impossible de se garer dans la vieille ville, parking à proximité, on arrive difficilement à trouver une place en octobre, mais pendant la saison, on se demandait comment font les visiteurs ?

Buona la posizione, meno il servizio

La posizione è ottima e anche le camere sono buone, ma la zona è rumorosa e il vero problema consiste nell'inesperienza del proprietario che non ha ancora dotato le camere dell'indispensabile. Il B&B ha aperto a giugno. Inoltre, un errore iniziale di assegnazione ci ha costretto a un cambio di stanza a metà soggiorno.

Ruime schone kamer, service waardeloos door Angelo

Ruime kamer met nette aparte badkamer. Ligging ideaal in het centrum, daardoor wel rumoerig. Kamers zijn doordat de verbindingsdeuren onder een kier hebben gehorig met de buren. Parkeren kosteloos door gebruik van parkeervergunning. Minpunt op de 4 nachten die wij er waren slechts twee keer schone handdoeken. Ene Angelo is zogenaamd manager en houd zich niet aan zijn afspraken. We hebben hem ff gezien bij inchecken. Hij heeft drie keer met ons afspraken gemaakt voor te betalen en schone handdoeken extra maar helaas hij kwam niet opdagen en meld zich ook niet af. Voor niets gewacht! Betaling van € 304,- moesten we contant op tafel leggen, pin machine kapot! Niets voor ons maar meneer kwam niet opddagen. Geld in nachtkastje gelegd en dat is wel opgehaald door hem gedurende de dag toen wij weg waren. Gevraagd voor een bewijs of factuur maar ook hier veel beloftes en verder niets. Durft hij wel nog te vragen voor een goede review op Expedia te schrijven!
