Worst hotel

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. So dirty, WiFi wasn’t working, staff rude, have to go 4th floor and there is no lift. It was waste of money. I checked out after couple of hrs

Horrible stay..

Not a good hotel. Hotel dont accept any card. No hotwater for bathing. Cant order food after 11:00 am. Hotel located on 3rd floor but no lift. No ventilation in room. Please remove this hotel from your list.

Nicht nochmal! Horrorhotel!

Katastrophales Hotel! Schwer zu finden, da in einem völlig verranzten Gebäude, wo man eigentlich gar kein Hotel erwartet. Sehr alte, abgewohnte Ausstattung. Sehr unsauberes Bad! Kein Toilettenpapier, keine Handtücher, dreckige Bettwäsche beim einchecken!!! Keine Fenster im Zimmer, kein Safe. Frühstück absolute Katastrophe! Das einzig gute, das es wirklich sehr zentral ist und das Personal sein bestes gibt und sehr nett ist. Aber ansonsten nicht zu empfehlen. Und schon garnicht für das Geld!

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles

Le seul point positif de cet hôtel est sa situation au centre de Delhi sur Connaught Place. Les chambres sont situées au 2e étage sans ascenseur alors qu'au 1er étage un Bar de nuit, non insonorisé, diffuse une musique infernale de 17h à 1 à 2 h du matin pratiquement tous les jours de la semaine... Les chambres sont aveugles (fenêtre fixes donnant sur un mur ou fenêtre fixe opacifiée par de la peinture), aucune vue ni aucune aération en dehors de la clim. Les chambres sont sales, les peintures écaillées, les miroirs non nettoyés, il faut réclamer serviettes et papier toilette, la soi disant terrasse sert de stockage et n'est pas accessible, les pet déjeuners sont servis dans la chambre, seulement 5 chambres sont louées actuellement la moitié de l'hôtel étant en travaux... Le point le plus négatif de cet établissement est qu'il n'est pas en mesure d'accepter les paiements par carte bancaire internationale car il n'est pas équipé d'un terminal correct...il est impératif de le sortir de la liste EXPEDIA sans des amis indiens sur place il m'aurait été impossible de régler ma facture de nuitées, facture exigée en roupies indiennes impossibles à obtenir en banque en raison de la crise actuelle qui frappe les banques indiennes (retrait de certaines coupures et rationnement de change au niveau devises étrangères (pour les français une transaction ne peut pas dépasser 50 euros par jour ce qui implique de faire une queue d'environ 3 à 4 h devant les banques indiennes)...
