Excelente localização

Procurei por um hotel simples e fiquei muito satisfeita com a localização, atendimento e serviços de limpeza e café da manhã. Porém, não há descanso de qualidade quando não há uma cama confortável e isso inclui travesseiros razoáveis ou em maior quantidade e também lençóis adequados para casal ou roupa de cama extra. Apesar de João Pessoa ser linda, dei graças por voltar a dormir confortavelmente em minha cama novamente. Talvez seja algo irrelevante para muitos mas levo muito em consideração o conforto do leito, pois foi uma viagem para descansar.

Se seu objetivo é ter um lugar para dormir o Che Lagarto atende. As instalações são simples, a cama é grande e os quartos possuem ar condicionado, o café da manhã é simples. Esta unidade é muito diferente de outras que já visitei, esta mais para um hotel do que para um hostel.

Decepção

Foi uma decepção a hospedagem!! Únicas coisas boas foram a localização e o café da manhã, mas as condições do quarto que fiquei hospedado não faz jus ao anúncio. A tv a Cabo não tem liberação de nenhum canal, a rede Wi-Fi não funciona, o banheiro com o box quebrado e muito apertado, o colchão tinha uma abertura no meio como se fosse dois colchões de solteiros juntos para formar um de casal, houve cobrança duplicada de produtos consumido... em relação aos problemas(Tv, cama, box do wc...), os funcionários são despreparados e foram muito desinteressados para solucionar os problemas quando acionamos os mesmos para tal.

Pousada/hostel simples

Tive um problema que ainda não foi solucionado e não percebo interesse da equipe da pousada para tal fato. Fui cobrada duas vezes pela hospedagem e até presente momento n tive reembolso. Ao chegar no local não identificaram minha reserva, mesmo assim me alocaram no quarto e posteriormente passei o cartão do valor da reserva, já que fui informada que não tinha sido descontado pelo site. No dia seguinte identificaram a reserva e teve a cobrança pelo próprio site, ou seja paguei duas vezes. Não conseguiram fazer o estorno e ficaram de fazer o depósito com a valor cobrado, mas ainda não recebi nenhum reembolso; O local é bem próximo a feirinha de artesanato, praias e restaurantes; O café da manhã possui variedades e bem satisfatório; Quartos compartilhados sao pequenos e apertados.

Bardzo czysty i spokojny hostel. Czesc wspolna zarowno wewnatrz jak i na zewnatrz budynku. Okolica cicha i spokojna. Bardzo dobre sniadania.
