BED BUGS

After checking in and staying for a few hours, we noticed bed bugs crawling on the bed. Also noticed signs of bed bug infestation all around the room and they were taking beds out of other rooms in the hotel. We informed the front desk staff that we would like to check out and get our money back. We showed him a photo of a bed bug in the room and he said he could not give our money back. I would avoid this hotel at all cost.

Sisäänkirjaantuminen oli todella vaikeaa; Henkilökunta yritti etsiä varaustani, kertoivat että olen väärässä hotellissa. Olin näyttänyt heille useasti varausvahvistukseni. Lopulta näytin kuvan uima-altaasta. Paikalle tuli nainen, joka lopulta löysi varaukseni. Lisäksi tämän hässäkän aikana minulta kysyttiin lukuisia kertoja, olenko maksanut huoneeni ja kuinka paljon siitä maksoin. Seuraavana päivänä pyysin, että voisiko aurinkotuolin siirtää altaan toiseen päähän, missä paistoi aurinko. Aurinkotuolia ei saanut siirtää. Kylpyhuoneen listat aivan karmeassa kunnossa, huone todella pimeä. Huoneeni edustalla remontti meneillään.

Great location, good budget option

This hotel is just next to the Sanur night market, which is a fruit/local market during the day. Also close distance to shops and beach. The room was good with the condition expected in the area, comfortable night sleep.
