Ótimo custo-benefício

A localização é ótima. A vista é linda, a varanda é um grande diferencial. Tudo funcionando normalmente. Infelizmente a internet não funcionou , conversei várias vezes com a portaria que me passava senhas e redes, mas nenhuma funcionou em nenhum momento ( bem estranho). O colchão precisa ser trocado, mas nada ainda que atrapalhasse meu sono.

Horrível, lástima, não podia ser pior.

Quarto cheio de mofo, reboco caindo em todas as paredes, porta do banheiro com varios buracos e descascando. Não recomendo pra ninguém.

Vale pela localização e custo benefício.

Excelente localização, mas merece mais cuidados na manutenção e uma reforma. O chuveiro deixou de esquentar e demoraram quase 24 horas pra resolver. O ar condicionado refrigera apenas o quarto, poderia se extender à sala e cozinha americana. Além disso estava com a pilha bem fraca e mesmo solicitando não resolveram. Apesar disso a recepção se mostrou bem atenciosa. O espaço e conforto é bom.

Necessidade de modernização

O apartamento está muito bem localizado. As dependências são mais antigas, necessitam de uma modernização. Check in 24 horas é uma vantagem. A piscina do hotel só pega sol pela manhã. E o Wi-Fi é muito ruim.

Espaçoso, limpo e bem localizado!!

Quarto muito bom, só o colchão que estava muito fundo, quando deitava ficava um buraco no meio da cama, deixando a dormida um pouco desconfortável. Fora isso, tudo ótimo. O quarto bem espaçoso, a localização maravilhosa. Tudo muito bom.

Felicidade em família

o prédio fica perto de tudo...super bem localizado, fica entre uma agencia do Banco do Brasil e dois postos de gasolina que dão um bom suporte para comprinhas...água, café, lanches variados, etc. Fica em uma das principais ruas de Fortaleza a Abolição, é só descer e andar uma quadra que já chega na beira mar, bem próximo a feirinha de artesanatos. Os atendentes são muito atenciosos e a moça do café da manhã é um amor de pessoa. O café é simples, mas faz a gente se sentir em casa. Foi muito bom.
