Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Отвратительный отель и его работники!!! Забрали деньги и отказываются возвращать!Номера ДЕЛЮКС!!!!! Без окон!!!! И это у них называются Делюксы. Это не Делюкс, а будка для собак или гараж. У меня ребёнок- инвалид. Он не мог проживать в таких условиях. Чудом забронировали другой чудесный отель. В Новый Год с ребёнком -инвалидом чуть не остались на улице. Сначала взяли деньги, потом показали номера. И за деньги, которые взяли не хотели давать даже чека. Это мошенники! Буду бороться за возврат денег и защищать права детей-инвалидов.
