Friendly helpful staff. Hotel located in 3rd floor of office building, poor soundproofing. Very convenient. Clean.

they don't respect the discounts offered by hotel

We were to Chile for business, and we have to stay one night. The hotel is not bad. The only trouble was that they don't accept you to pay through hotels.com, so you have to pay in the hotel and they don't respect the discounts offered by hotels.com. In my case it say that i have a 10% discount bc was a last minute choice, i pick the hotel for that reason but in the hotel they did NOT want to give me the discount so I pay normal fee.
