Problem med bokning, dom sa att hade slutat samarbete med Hotels.com för länge sedan.Förstod inte varför vi hade kunnat bokat via er. Smutsig bassäng, katterna och hundarna som går omkring i frukostsalen.

Complicaciones a la hora de hacer el check-in por problemas de conectividad con Hoteles.com La habitación reservada no estaba disponible, por buena atención del personal me colocaron en otra, la cuál era de características diferentes. Más allá de todo eso, buena atención del personal y dispuestos a cualquier necesidad. El hotel en general está algo descuidado en su edificación y algún detalle.

Comenzamos con el pie izquierdo

Para describir nuestra experiencia con el hotel inevitablemente tenemos que ubicarnos en dos momentos El primero fue en el check-in y la primer noche, nos ubicaron en una habitación que no cumplía con los servicios que se describían en la pagina (por ejemplo no tenia frigobar, así pasó la primer noche. Hablamos con la encargada y con una muy buena predisposición nos ubicaron en otra habitación, mucho mejor. Y en general el servicio y la atención fue muy buena

Não gostei das dependências do hotel muito mal cuidado, varias coisas quebradas e sujas, Quarto abafado sem ar condicionado, o ventilador muito fraco, colchão muito usado desconfortável. Ponto positivo do lugar as toalhas eram trocadas sempre.
