Don't expect hot water

Hot water in the shower was either non-existent or a juggling act on the only active tap. Staff don't speak English and struggle to use basic credit card transaction terminals. Walls paper thin and you can hear everything from the front door to the upper floors. Free WiFi advertised but drops out regularly and is at dialup speeds.
