Dono super simpático e atencioso,segunda vez que alugo o apartamento dele e como na primeira vez atendeu todas as minhas expectativas,perto das principais praia do Rio Copacabana e Ipanema,mercado perto,lanchonete perto,piscina maravilhosa, apartamento bem organizado e confortável e bom todos os utensílios necessários para que possa fazer comida no local,super recomendo

O apartamento era todo velho e largado, em um hotel, que parecia ser bom! A apresentação do preço pelo site, deixava a impressão, que no valor já estava incluído taxas e imposto, pois mostrava o preço de cada diária e depois vinha um item, que descriminava, taxas e impostos, depois vinha total, porém mais embaixo, dizia que o valor seria acrescido de taxa de limpeza, imposto municipal e mais outra taxa que ñ me lembro agora! Poderiam na apresentação do preço incluir tudo!

the apartment was fine for our purpose. it was clean but requires a comfortable sofa. the chairs and table were fine as were the beds- kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, the cleners were a bit hap hazard somtimes they did not arrive until late afternoon. the hotel services were first class and the breakfast and swimming pool superb would definatley book again

Localização ok, apartamento muito ruim

Boa localização, porém o apartamento 605 no qual ficamos estava imundo e muito desgastado. Móveis caindo aos pedaços, pintura horrível, ar-condicionado imundo, banheiro lastimável, lâmpadas queimadas, enfim muita sujeira. O apartamento precisa urgente de uma reforma geral. A localização é boa. Outro ponto negativo foi em relação ao fato do apartamento em questão não ser administrado pelo hotel - que nos gerou alguns desconfortos como a impossibilidade de confirmar a reserva com o hotel, gerando tensão até que, pessoalmente no balcão e depois de muita desconfiança, a recepção entender que a reserva foi feita com o proprietário (nem eu sabia).

il problema è che la struttura non è gestita da 1 sola società, ma alcuni proprietari si gestiscono gli appartamenti di loro proprietà ... Il nome è sempre "Adagio" ma la gestione della manutenzione dell'appartamento no. Basta poco ma bisogna spendere dei soldi per sigillare il condizionatore e non usare delle buste della spesa perchè in agosto le minime sono di 10 gradi e praticamente è come dormire all aperto ... oppure cambiare la tavoletta del wc se è rotta.

Departamento muy lindo y cómodo. Excelente atención del hotel. Pasamos unos días muy hermosos, y tanto el propietario del departamento y la gente de la recepción siempre predispuestos a responder todas nuestras dudas y consultas. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca de TODO. Gracias!!!

Localizacao otima, Isolamento de som ruim

Localizacao otima, funcionarios educados e prestativos. Isolamento de som ruim. Limpeza de vidros e sacada precisa ser melhorada, banheiro precisa de reparo no box para parar vazamento (imagino que silicone resolva), fogao precisa de reparo no acendedor automatico, e cortina do quarto precisa de pequeno reparo. E possivel que os hospedes anteriores nao tenham passado isso para o proprietario e por isso ainda esteja pendente de reparo.

De um lado ipanema, do outro copacabana...

Apart muito confortavel, excelente para até 4 pessoas. Local muito seguro e estrategicamente localizado entre as praias de ipanema e copacabana. Anfitriao bem atencioso. Recomendo e voltaremos com certeza. Proximo ao metro e 2 quadras das praias, bem no meio das duas.

Ótima Localização.

a localização do flat é excelente, mas há uma certa dissincronia entre o proprietário do flat alugado e a administração do hotel, responsavel pelo check in, limpeza etc. A recepção não sabia de nossa reserva, e graças a boa vontade da camareira Francisca o flat foi limpo e recebeu roupa de cama, toalhas etc, ausentes quando da nossa chegada. O colchão encontrava-se sujo provavelmente de menstruação da hospede anterior e as luzes da sala não acendem ou pelo menos não consegui acendê-las, bem como os aparelhos de ar condicionado precisão de manutenção ou substituição, por já não atenderem ao que se espera deles, ainda mais porque a porta do banheiro abre-se com qualquer oscilação e o ar frio vai pela sua janela. Houve também uma diferença entre o prazo dado na reserva para cancelamento sem custos e o débito de 70% feito na mesma noite da reserva, feito pelo proprietário, tanto que o email da Hoteis.com falava em pagamento de 100% no ato de check in e nada foi debitado pelo hotel e sim diretamente pelo proprietário. Isto deve ser acertado, pois no meu caso, como não pretendia desistir, não houve problema, mas contraria a reserva feita. No mais, o flat atende bem a um casal ou tres pessoas, com vasilhame, microondas e frigobar, além do hotel possuir um espaço satisfatório de ginastica piscina e café da manha.
