This family run hotel is absolutely amazing!! I was made to feel like I was actually part of the family whilst I stayed. It’s in a great spot, close to all the sights and in lovely surroundings. I highly recommend staying here.

2 aile gittik. 2 ayrı yanyana odada kaldık.Bizim odamız diğer ailemizin odasına göre çok ama çok küçüktü. Diğer odada küçük bir yemek masası bile varken kaldığımız oda o kadar küçüktü ki masamız bile yoktu. Otele ilk girişimiz zaten muaamma. Anahtarları elimize verdiler, odaları göstermeden sağolsunlar biz bizzat gittik odalarımıza.

Yanlış Oda Veriyorlar Vasat Ötesi

Yeni Konak ve Çeşmeli Konak aynı bahçe içinde iki farklı bina. Aynı kişiler işletiyoruz. Yani adresi ararken Çeşmeli Konak diye aramanızda fayda var. Yeni Konak dediğinizde kimse bilmiyor. Eşimle bir oda tuttuk ama bize verdikleri oda ile alası yoktu. Banyoya klozet zor sığmış, o kadar küçük bir banyo yani hani sırf odada banyo var demek için yapılmış. Duvarlar çok ince olduğu için üst kat ya da yan odada konuşulanları net olarak duyabılıyorsunuz. Kahvaltıda yöresellik aşına hiç bir şey yok. Bildiğimiz zeytin peynir domates vs. Yani bunun ayarında oteller 100-130 lira iken buna 260 lira vermek kerizlik.

Oldukça temiz ve rahat bir otel.Yeni konak otelin,çeşmeli konak otel dahilinde bir ek bina olduğunu önceden bilmek isterdim doğrusu.Bu durum müştemilatta kalıyormuşsunuz hissi doğuruyor,binanın odalar dışında hiçbir alanı yok.Odalar büyüklük olarak yeterli ancak konak konseptine tam olarak uygun değil.Dolap vs yok,banyo yeni ve yeterli.Kahvaltı yeterli,malzemeler orta kalitede.Konumu itibariyle aracınızı bırakacak yer bulmak çok zor değil.Çarşını tam göbeğinde olmasa da heryer yürüyüş mesafesinde.

Otelin konumu çok iyi hem merkezi yerde hem de manzarası tüm konakları görebileceğiniz bir mevkiideydi.yatakları çok rahat ve temizdi.Kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterliydi. çok uygun bir fiyata maksimum Hizmeti aldık. Sadece odalara istenildiği taktirde ütü veriliyor yazıldığı için ütümü götürmedim. Odalara ütü verilmiyormuş. Kıyafetlerimizi Çamaşır odalarına götürüp kendimiz ütüleyebiliyormuşuz.o da bana uymadı.Çok memnun kaldık teşekkür ederiz

Güzel ve temiz bir otel

Güzel bir konak otel konsepti vardı, banyosu yenilenmiş, oda temiz ve güzel dekore edilmiş, kahvaltısı da yeterliydi, odalar biraz fazla ses geçiriyor ancak eski bir konak olduğu için bu durum normal, yeni binalar gibi yalıtım beklemek haksızlık olur.

Îyiki yeni konak oteli tercih etmişim. Diğer otellerin odalarinida gordum hiç güzel değiller. 222 numaralı odada kaldık güzel. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi

Otel temiz, kahvaltısı güzel. Yeni yapılmış ve özenle dekore edilmiş. Ancak rezervasyon yaparken gördüğüm resimlerle odanın hiç bir alakası yok. Resimleri boşverin oda açıklamalarında 20 m2 oda, 1 çift kişilik yatak, 1 tek kişilik yatak, ekstra oturma alanı, minibar, ücretsiz su vs. yazılmıştı. Buna rağmen 10 m2 ancak olan odada sadece 1 çift kişilik yatak ve dışarının (yoldan geçen araçlar, yan odalar, bina giriş çıkışları vs.) bütün gürültüsü vardı. Personel iyi niyetli ama pazarlama politikası çok kötü. Yolun dibinde olup yeni yapılan bu otelde, gürültü konusu bir an evvel mutlaka çözülmeli. Site üzerinden yapılan oda satışları için mutlaka doğru resimler çekilip, oda açıklamaları düzeltilmeli. Yoksa paranızla rezil olursunuz.

Otel ile ilgili hiç bir sıkıntımız olmadı fakat hotels.com çalışanı bi arkadaşın yanlış yönlendirmesi sonucu 1 saatten fazla safranbolu gibi küçük bi yerd2 otel aramak zorunda kaldık konaklama mükemmeli 10 puan ama aracı yani siz sınıfta kaldınız

Very very very loud!

The hotel isn’t known under the name „Yeni Konak“, therefor you won’t be able to find it. We had to search for about 45 minutes until we found it by coincidence under the name “çesmeli konak”. The staff was very helpful and friendly but unfortunately the hotel is located next to a very busy and loud street. So if you are looking for a quite and peaceful vacation then this is absolutely not where you should stay. It was a huge disappointment for us since we were hoping for a quite place as it’s shown on the picture :(((

Very close to Tourist Spot ( old Town) Just require 2 min to reach the highest position of Safranbolu (Hill-- forget the name) A little bit noisy coming from the street when staying in room but it is acceptable
