This hotel was totally fine and the owner did everything he could possibly do to make us comfortable and taken care of. They even washed our laundry free of charge. The only catch was that this property is not all in one place. They have scattered buildings all around, so to contact customer service you had to call the manager. No lobby, room service etc ... Other than that i'd stay again no problem.

Yataklar konforsuz ve temiz değildi. Oda kahvaltı diye satılan bir otel de kahvaltı başka bir işletmede verildi ve otele çok uzaktı. İşletme sahiplerinin iletişim şekli hiç hoş değildi.

Otel sahibi yada görevlisi otelde değildi temizlik yapan yabancı uyruklu bayan odayı gösterdi pek türkçe bilmiyordu.odanın fotoğraflarla alakası yoktu çok küçük eski ve yeterince temiz değildi. Tek gece konakladığımız için bu odanın verildiği söylendi.pansiyon tarzında 5 odalı bir otel.kahvaltı 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde başka bir yerde veriliyor. Standart kahvaltı fena değildi.otel sahibini kahvaltıda gördüm.güleryüzlü bir bey

Otel odaları gider ve nem kokuyor

Odalar gider ve nem kokuyor, bize verilen oda güneş ışığı almayan bir odaydı, görsellerdeki pda sadece bir tane üst katta, diğer odaları kullanmanızı tavsiye etmem. Kahvaltı için yaklaşık 700 m ilerdeki başka bir otele gidiyosun. Otelin sahibi oldukça güler yüzlü ve sıcak kanlı idi.

Karafatma ve rutubetli bir oda

Sürekli seyehat eden biri olarak bugüne kadar konakladığım en kötü hoteldi. Odada karafatma böcekler geziyordu. Oda o kadar rutubetliydiki nefes almak bile mümkün değildi. Ayrıca odadin her yerinde ağır bir rutubet kokusu vardı. Mecbur olduğumuz için geceyi geçirmek zorunda kaldık ama rutubetten dolayı uykumak mümkün değildi. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum, etrafta daha hijyen ve sağlıklı butik oteller var, onları tercih edin.

Başıboş bir misafirhane, otel asla değil !

Otel değil, misafirhane adeta. Resimlere aldanıp sakın rezervasyon yaptırmayın. Otel değil, gündüz bile hiç bir görevli kimsenin olmadığı başıboş, otel levhası bile olmayan bir yer. Görevli kişi ile sadece whatsapptan muhatap olunacak kadar, biz misafirhaneden ayrıldıktan sonra başka bir otelde kahvaltı yapıldığını bile whatsapptan bildirecek kadar bu çağda görülmemiş gariplikte ve komiklikte bir yer. Ödediğimiz 1 gecelik para da az değil. Ve ödemesini yapmamıza rağmen kahvaltı yapmadan ayrıldığımız hayalet misafirhane. Resepsiyon yok, görevli yok, iki Özbek genç bize ayaküstü odanın anahtarını verdi! Karşılayan yok, giderken oda anahtarını alan yok!!! Şimdi bunun üzerine, bizim iki yerimiz var, siz uygun olanı aldınız, efendim biz butik oteliz, otelde durmayız beklemeyiz safsatalarını bize de sakın yazmayın diğerlerine yazdığınız gibi! Biz Ala Baykuş otelini ve bu isim altında gösterilen odayı aldık!!! Ama koca bir kandırmaca var, sakın kanmayın ve buradan rezervasyon yapmayın!!!

Tatilde ki evim..

Her sene Alaçatı'da tercih ettiğim otel.Hem konumu itibarıyla hem de kendimi evimde gibi rahat hissettiğim yer.Gerek mekan sahibi Halil beyin ilgi ve alakası ve sabahları yaptığım mis gibi köy kahvaltıları başka bir yer aratmıyor bana.Düşünmeden herkese tavsiye edebilirim.

Alacati meydana yurume mesafesinde. Kahvalti icin gittigimiz Atlihan otel 3 dk yurume mesafesinde oldugundan cocuklu bir aile olarak bizim icin sorun olmadi. Tam tersi limon agaclarini kesfederek sakin bir Alacati sabahinda yuruyus yapmis olduk.

We chose to stay in Alicati during the off-season, and understood that the town, and most of its hotels, would be operating at a different pace. What we did not expect was a series of late-night visitors to a section of the hotel, which was not a guest room but either a private residence or space for hotel staff. During our stay, more than a half-dozen cars and groups of people came to the hotel, passing in and out of the staff quarters. Some were laughing, some were angry and yelling, but all were loud. Because this is a small boutique hotel set in an old Aegean stone home, a disturbance like this could be heard from our room as if we were standing outside. This ruined my and my partner's sleep. But more than the inconvenience, we were genuinely concerned about the strange, unwelcome activity going out in other parts of the hotel, and just outside our door. In spite of the friendliness of staff the day before, and the wonderful location, I cannot recommend this hotel to any traveler, unless major changes are made in management and supervision of what goes on here.

Berbat bir hizmet

Otele gittigimizde kapi duvardi, bayagi bir bekledikten sonra ozbek veya turkmen bir bayan gelip ilgilenmeye calisti ancak oteli tanimadigi belliydi.Tek gece konaklama (oda+kah) olup ne gece nede sabah ilgilenebilecek bir eleman yoktu, televizyonun kumandasi yok sivi sabun yok bu mevsim icin odaya battaniye bile koymamislardi birine denk gelince istedik. Bir ara elektrik sorunu yaşandı. Butik bir otel oldugundan daha ilgili ve iyi hizmet verebileceğini düşünmüştüm ancak yanilmisim. Odadan cikarken kimse yoktu oda kahvalti olan rez dan kahvlti bile yapmadan çıktık cok kotuydu
