Worst hotel I ever stayed at

I was shamed to be that dump hole. Was very best down. Door we all with broken lock(unsafe). Bathroom was very old and no toilet paper, or body soap. Room was full of broken furniture and no room to walk aroun the bed. Bed was very firm and probably had bed bugs. No customer service. No breakfast. This place should not even be considered a 3 star hotel it’s simple a junk yard. I am really disappointed with cheaptickets.com for using this facilty. I been a loyal customer to your company and get treated with this terrible service. Never again.

The room was too small. The shower was broken, didn’t have water supply for the whole morning. Room service was too slow, had to wait 20 minuets just for a cup of tea.
