Pousada Aconchegante

Lugar bastante agradável, são chalés de madeira, muito aconchegantes. O café da manhã é servido no quarto, poucas opções, porém o suficiente, limpeza ok, funcionários simpáticos e receptivos. O local rende boas fotos, e dá pra ir caminhando ao centro, mas se preferir uber ou 99, fica muito barato. Ótimo custo benefício, voltaria com certeza!

Pousada maravilhosa, mas com ressalvas

Pousada linda, fiquei em um quarto cor de rosa dos sonhos que parecia um quarto de boneca. Limpa e bem localizada. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e solicitos. O café da manhã é simples, mas delicioso e suficiente para iniciarmos o dia. O ponto ruim, é a acustica do quarto, você escuta literalmente tudo do quarto vizinho, televisão e conversas como se as pessoas estivessem dentro do seu quarto. Nos dois ultimos dias não consegui dormir, pois tive o azar de dividir parede com uma família muito barulhenta, falavam praticamente gritando e só desligavam a TV pela madrugada, a qual ficava no volume nas alturas. A TV era insuportável. Infelizmente não tive como trocar de quarto, pois ela estava com todos os quartos ocupados e certamente se fosse no inicio da minha viagem não consegueria completar minha estadia no local. Comuniquei a pousada e a mesma foi bastante compreensiva e tentou resolver o problema. Recomendo a pousada, entretanto para quem não consegue dormir com barulho alheios, melhor pensar duas vezes.

Exatamente como nas fotos, encantadora.

Tive um pequeno problema na hora do check-in, fui colocada em um quarto que não era o reservado por mim no site. Achei um pouco rude a forma que o dono da pousada me atendeu, enfim, após o equivoco ser desfeito (não entendi o motivo de não terem me colocado no quarto que escolhi desde o início)fui transferida para o quarto que escolhi. Lá tive uma bela acolhida pelo rapaz que atende no período da noite e melhor ai da pela camareira Michele. O café da manhã é simples mas gostoso, gostaria só de deixar uma crítica construtiva a respeito dos talheres que chegam embrulhados em um lindo porta talheres de pano, que infelizmente não acho adequado no momento por causa da pandemia. Camas super macias, chuveiro delicioso. A Pousada é bem localizada, pra quem gosta de uma caminhada da muito bem pra ir a pé ate o centro de Gramado. Silenciosa. Enfim achei o custo benefício muito bom, embora o foco principal da minha escolha foi por estar a passeio com minha mãe idosa, que queria um passeio mais informal com uma certa privacidade, coisa que com certeza encontrei na pousada. Espero retornar outra vez lá.

O local é exatamente como nas fotos, o café da manhã é servido no quarto com itens previamente escolhidos no momento do checkin. Prós: café da manhã feito com muito carinho, ambiente agradável, cama confortável, frigobar no quarto, quarto bem espaçoso, chuveiro é muito bom e o ar condicionado silencioso. Contras: banheiro pequeno, tv somente de canais abertos, e se ouve as conversas dos outros chalés.

Final de semana incrível

Nota 10 para o visual da pousada, o requinte, o atendimento da recepção, pudemos escolher o café da manhã que foi entregue no quarto, cama confortável, ar condicionado ótimo, chuveiro quentinho. Sem palavras! Super bem localizado, pode deixar o carro no local e passear a pé sem problemas. Recomendo e certamente voltemos.
