Beware before you book

They provided us complementary pickup from train station and give us accommodation in another hotel without any prior intimation. This hotel was not good in respect of security as the door locks were broken and ac was not working, toilet cover was absent.

This hotel has been closed down DONT BOOK

We arrived to find this hotel had been closed down a few days earlier. I have emailed twice, this is the 2nd review. Still no refund or compensation and you are still selling this hotel. Total mud representation!!!!!!
