A mixed experience

The good stuff: - Quiet escape from the madness of Marrakech medina - Very helpful and accommodating staff which really helped us out when my husband was sick - Good for budget travellers The stuff to be improved - Cleanliness - stains on the sheets; 2 cockroaches; hairs in the honey served at breakfast; dirty dusty floor - Facilities - old worn towels with holes in; air conditioning not working properly

Riad umidissimo

Appena arrivati nel Riad Cala Medina siamo stati accolti da un gentilissimo receptionist che ci ha subito dato le chiavi una camera a pian terreno. Probabilmente aveva appena piovuto e gran parte dell'acqua era filtrata dal cortile direttamente all'interno della stanza che risultava in ogni caso umida e buia. Il bagno piccolissimo e senza finestra presentava una doccia in muratura minuscola. Appena tirato lo sciacquone l'acqua è filtrata da una guarnizione rotta in giro per tutto il bagno. Appena lo abbiamo fatto presenta al receptionist si è reso conto della situazione ma avendo il riad pieno si è attivato facendo numerose chiamate e spostandoci poi in un riad decisamente meglio attrezzato.
