谨慎入住 脏乱差！！

真的很差 前台服务也不咋地 排队不按顺序 房间真的脏乱差 毛巾上带有血渍 枕巾也是 厕所门对着床 真的是我住过国内酒店最差的 服务人员 意识很差 而且业务不熟练 真的出门在外还是住好点的酒店吧

votre question aurait du être : satisfait de Hotel.com ? Non, car une fois arrivée à l'hotel qui avait été changé quelques jours avant par Hotel.com, la réception n'avait pas reçu le changement de votre part et à fortiori le paiement. Xian Yugelang hotel me demandait de repayer pour reserver une chambre ! Bref après 2 heures de négociations en téléphonant en France, le problème a ete résolu.
